I've imported DA origins (with Dragon Armor) into DA2 but it's not unlocking. Anyone know why??

I'll admit that I did complete Origins n imported it when I got DA2 but i woz slowly runni out of memory so I deleted it but when I realized that I hadnt got the Dragon Armor I started Origins again but iv only got to camp after gettin out of Lothering but Iv bough the full set of Dragon Armor. s it not unlockin Dragon Armor on DA2 coz Iv not completed Origins or something??

Many thanks to any idea as 2 y its not workin or solutions to get it workin

I pulled up your account and you do not have Blood Dragon Armor on Your registered game content. If you have received a code to unlock the armor, you can input it under the Profile section where it shows Redeem Promo Code.

Thanks for the reply. I've got a code for the armor but its for DA Origins and I've already used it so it want exept it on here.
