Sorry if this is addressed elsewhere.
In short I havent played since jan 2010 have my saved character and game at wardens keep, recently built myself a new computer and thought about playing again. copied game to my new pc. and still have my original username and email as before updated it and my online profile game has me logged in but wont let me open my saved game cause it says im not the owner of the downloaded content.
What do i do.

Start here^ and if you can't work through the issue then come back and update this thread.
Just a quick question but does it show you online in the dlc section of the game?? And have you reinstalled all the dlc for the game?

Make sure you don't have any special characters in your password, such as #$%^@, or it will cause connection issues.

If you are able to login in-game, your password is not this issue. It may be a myriad of other things from your firewall blocking a port, to needing to run as administrator to daupdater service not starting. If your redeemed content still shows up on your account here (profile-->redeemed content under your avatar picture), go through the solutions inthe solutions round up thread. If you need more assistance, please see the read first thread pinned to the top of this forum and update this thread. You can also try the 1.05 beta patch which resolves all DLC authorization issues but can cause long load times. Details and a link to the patch are in the 1.05 beta patch thread also pinned to the top of this forum.

hay im having the same problem but this only happen to me today i have been playing the game for ages and now out of no where its happening really upset.

The advice remains the same. See the solutions round up thread or try the 1.05 beta patch. Both threads are pinned to the top of this forum. As there are close to a dozen things that can cause the problem, saying, "Me too! Grrr!" in someone else's help thread is a waste of everyone's time.
