I know this has been discussed but I can't find it. Thanks for any help.

There is a listener under the node of the action. Set the listener to the tag of what you would like the npc to speak the line to. A more advanced way would be to put some script forcing them to a specific facing.

An OnSpawn script for the NPC that sets the SetOrientOnDialogue() flag to FALSE will do the trick.

Thanks guys. the SetOrientOnDialogue(FALSE) is what I was looking for. Normally I would do what you said, kamal, but this is at the very beginning of a convo when the PC initiates conversation.

I Have a custom on Dialogue script for the NPC in question and I used the OrientOnDialogue() function there and it worked.
