I've got the same problem, I've been in contact with EA support who sent me this link. http://support.ea.co...gon age origins

However, after submitting the query to them there's a link in my EA support page which says that page was last updated on the 11th April. I've contacted them again to ask if this is really an issue that is over 4 months old and still unfixed.

I did get my Blood Dragon Armour, The Stone Prisoner and Dragon Age Awakening to authorize. Are all of yours showing as unauthorized.

I will post back if I get any more information from EA.

Just to let you know that I'm still in talks with EA support. They've just emailed me to say "It looks like the issue is more complex than what it initially seemed and more time is required for investigation. I am escalating issue to the higher tier. We apologize for any prolonged delays this might cause, but please be assured that we are trying to handle your issue in a timely manner."

It appears to be something to do with the Bonus code not registering all of the DLC at the Bioware site. My Bioware registered game content only shows 2 DLC items for DAO both of which work in game, seeing as it's the Ultimate edition there should be a lot more.

It might be worth you contacting EA support directly too.

Mac mark, I am having the exact same problem, when I went in the program to authenticate manually, it said the key was already in use. (I assume this is because some of DLC has been authorized.) Any updates are appreciated!

Just a note, I've got the same problem (Blood Dragon Armor, The Stone Prisoner, and Awakening are all authorized, but nothing else).

Here as well. Didn't want to start playing it without having all of the DLC activated. What a lovely problem.

I also have this problem... what gives Bioware?

Judging from the release page, the 1.05 patch seems to (exclusively) deal with "proper DLC authorisation" and an error in the UE installation process...

A Mac port seems to be in the works, btw.

Hopefully!

Here's hoping for a speedy (but functional) Mac port!

How long did it take for the other patches to get ported?

I don't remember the exact timeframes, but when DA was released there were complaints about slow Mac support... those even prevented me from buying it at that time.

IIRC, at least patch 4 (if not patch 3 also) was ported rather quickly. EA made quite a big deal out of "taking Mac seriously" when it happened...

I had to call support and go through 3 techs before I finally got pissed and insisted on talking to a supervisor who fixed it in about one minute.

Could you tell us exactly what he did? I'm really assuming it's a simple database flag they have to tag, but after five chats and two phone calls I gave up. If he mentioned what he did it might be a bit easier to convince whoever we get on the phone the next time.
