I think they mean cutscenes since that is what they tend to regard cinematics as. Plus I think third parties deal with CGI trailers like Blur did with SWTOR thats why they get certain things off like Sten's beard or Isabela being a bit pale in the trailer.

It took 2 weeks for the guy to do it, so there must be loads to the main plot, and that's just dialogue! I guess he probably had to read through it for some reason lol.

What sort of thing would you want to see in the CGI trailer? What sort of scenario, who would be in it aside from the protagonist? Etc.

I'd love to see a large scale battle scene, ala that one Mass Effect 3 trailer with Shepard, Ash and co charging into the fray head-on. Something about those types of scenes that gives me the happy tingles

A really great look at the lands we'll be exploring. Awesome pan-overs of the plains like in the Dalish picture or a beautiful Orlaisian city or some such thing.

Really cool new armors/outfits.

To be either thrilled/excited or moved emotionally. But to be moved in some way, shape, or form.

I would like to see The Pc talking to someone about whats happening....then see the different things....Like landscapes,fighting,and so on...

I'd like it to reflect the choices the hero can take ala he/she is faced with a scenario and it shows his/her choices. I can use my agents and batter down the door or I could poison the keep's water supply. Then it pops out and he/she does something completely different. I'd prefer a full party but just one or two more isn't bad.

If it's a male character Cassandra, if it's a lady than Cullen.

I think I'd like to see something really dramatic, like the impending war between the Templars and Mages break out etc as sh!t really hits the fan and our protagonist emerges doing something awesome, maybe with a few super fast flashbacks of what's happened to him/her to lead him up to this point.

Or have them both in it, switching from male to female in quick flash succession as he/she kicks arse/whatever, in order to show us what both default appearances will roughly look like.

I'm looking forward to all the trailers they'll release over the course of a year, I'm looking forward to picking them apart and analysing them with you guys.

OMG Know what would be a cool set up? If the canon story is that there are a brother and sister. You choose to play either the brother or the sister. Sort of like if there were no Hawke, and you had to choose to play Bethany or Carver (but make them how you like in CC). Then both girl and guy PC could be in the trailer together.
