Honestly could not help myself, had to take a peek at that new Cullen thread floating around on the DA 3 forums. It's a bit ridiculous how having a small, dedicated fanbase, can create such a polarizing character to the rest of the Dragon Age community. I mean honestly, I'm not understanding how it's anyones business as to why we like Cullen, or what we find redeeming about him to those who do not like him. It's actually a bit sick when you really think about it. Let me play the game how I want to play it, let me decide which characters I like and would like to see in the future. Gaider said it best when stating that there are more threads created about what his "deal" is, compared to those created asking for his return. We're not bothering anyone, mind your own ****ing business and move on.

Ok, rant over. Just had to get that one off my chest.

Taking Fenris along on a pro-mage playthrough makes perfect sense, especially if you're trying to rival him. I can get him up to almost 100% rivalry by the end of Act 1 even if I oppose slavers.

I am still getting my head around this rivalry/friend business. I have been used to the +5 or -10 approval system in origins! I would like to aim to get at least one companion at 100% rivalry!
