Well, let them say what they want, lol, if Cullen was in the game I would be too happy to really care.

Good point! I'd be too busy kissing the devs feet lol.

..or having Cullen's babies...lol:P

Lol I misread that as "having the devs babies".

I wonder what sort of things will be shared tomorrow then, hmmm, oh all the good fun. I can curl up on the couch, crying sweet tears of torture, wishing to know more, lol.

Many things! All as obscure as each other that make little to no sense without context LOL.

For once, I am doing things tomorrow so I kind of hope I don't miss too much. Or anything that'll excite people.

Same, although the time difference means I'll probably be home long before the Sprints even start so I'll do the usual and keep posting them up as I find them.

I'm debating if I want to stay awake for the fun. I get home from work at 5am tomorrow, it'll be nice to be able to look forward to getting all snug on the couch with my laptop and watching the craziness unfold Image IPB Sleep is also pretty tempting though...

Hmm, I guess it's not Thanksgiving up in Canada. At first, it seemed weird to have a Sprint day on "Black Friday." Not that I'm going into that particular hell hole tomorrow. Egad...

What's Black Friday?

Stores open up early, have crazy low prices, and everyone stands out in lines for them to open and goes shopping. It's like the official start of Christmas shopping.

I hate it. I work in retail as of now, and it's just a nightmare. This is the first time I have to work overnight, and I'm dreading it. Going to be hiding a ton of coffee behind my desk for sure!

LOL Here it often involves riots, stampedes and several deaths. Mental doesn't even begin to capture it, IMO. Oh, and starting at like 3 or 4 in the morning.

Ugh. I went once.... Once!

Twill be interesting to see if we recognize anything they say for once. At the rate we're going... I'm almost expecting another Cullen thread mention! LMVAO

You're sh!tting me?! That's mind blowing. And people actually turn up at 3 or 4 in the morning to by a load of old crap that they'll probably never wear or use, just because it's cheap?

It's been getting earlier and earlier every year. This year, the store I work at is opening at 9pm today (Thursday) so we'll be open the entire night. People are crazy, I don't understand it. Half the stuff they just come in the next day and return anyway!

Some open at midnight, even. If you get their first, there are "door buster" deals. It's completely insane. I think it was at Walmart last year some folks died during the stampede when they opened. I guess the Walmart staff are striking this year for Black Friday?? Heh heh. Good times.

I will say, tho, I'll probaby do Black Monday or whatever it's called on Monday for the same thing, but online. A bit more civilized.

@R2 Cyber Monday I think. Yea Wal-mart by far gets hit the hardest with the doorbuster craziness. Heard some crazy stories from some people that work there. I'll be sure to tell you guys of anything wild I spot tonight. I have a feeling after the initial rush of people, it's gonna be totally empty in the store. Who wants to go shopping at 1am???

This year I'm doing all my Christmas shopping online because I can't be arsed with all the ****ing around in mad crowds only to find that all the decent stuff is out of stock. Man, I get into such a rage when stuck in massive crowds etc lol.

Good thinking. I always wait until last minute to get presents for people, so then I have the mad dash of snatching up whatever I can find. Might go with your strategy this year instead, less stress and time I have to be around the mad shoppers.

As for working in that enviroment, all I can say is I have daydreams about never having to step behind a cash register ever again. Gotta make that money for an education though! Thankfully all my classes and homework revolve around creating video games Image IPB One less stress factor there.

I feel your pain! I used to work in retail too when I was younger. The Christmas period and New Year sales are the absolute worst!

Shopping online is the way to go!! I happen to enjoy sleeping and the one time I went with friends I go maybe 2 out of the 12 things I wanted. Its NOT worth the stress
