I love their expressions, his sort of yearning and hers dismissive. At least thats what I get from it. I really hope we can scar up our PCs in DA3, I loved that option in ME1 and Skyrim.

Yeah, it makes me wonder if DG has been keeping a list of IRRITATING things he has wanted to clear up. LOL
I think folks do tend to think the DA franchise rises and sets with him.

It's a short burst of fanfic and fan art within a certain fandom. I guess there was one recently for Mass Effect, also. Basically, fanfic writers sign up to write something all within a certain period of time. The stories are matched with artists who sign up to make art for the stories. For this DABB, there are two waves. Wave one is stories at least 10,000 words in length. They are being posted now. Wave two is stories at least 20,000 words, and the author deadline is in January.

so, lots of great DA fanfic writers and artists coming out with a whole rash of great new stories and art! I think there are on the order of 50 writers per wave...? Something like that.

Edit: I should probably qualify that by saying "lots of great fanfic writers" and then, me! I'm in wave 2.

Do you have to sign up to read the stories/view artwork? I'm not really au fait with Livejournal, Tumblr etc. Thanks

You know, I think I see it. It's not the nose, it's not the jaw ... I think it's the prominent lower eye lids. It reminds me of Cullen's perma circles

Oh no, all the places they're posted should be public.  The livejournal site above has the master posts, which includes an overview of each story with links to the story text and artwork. A lot of stories will actually be linked from fanfiction.net or archiveofourown.org or similar. On archiveofourown, often shortened to AO3, there's supposed to be a special Big Bang collection, but I don't remember the tag name off hand. There could be some stories tagged as mature that some sites might require you to have an account (like deviantart.com), but I think most won't. You can also look at dragonagebb.tumblr.com for more info.
