True, but I meant that while the Circle needs to change preferably into a sort reservation rather than prison. I don't like how it is a prison rather than a refuge. My idea for the reservation is more of a compromise so that while everyone isn't entirely happy they are less likely to dispute it and in time maybe talk about assimilation of the reservations. Sort of a long term plan so that instead of a war that might cost thousands of lives where mages STILL might lose and leave the public against the mages we find a solution that can be implemented while the public is more sympathetic know what I mean?

I think Bethany just wanted to stop running and never really knew the problem with the Circle though I agree they really didn't sell it outside of naivete on her part.

Also, people are born on reservations, not moved there (well today at least). So what you describe sounds more like.... an internment camp

Well in terms of the stealing of lands and exploiting of a people...no I guess not . Anyway if you're related to someone with a claim to the reservation you can live their though you have to jump through hoops, but thats another discussion .

I'm not talking about a fenced in area though, more of the...land set aside for mage communities, you can build homes, marry do just about anything just not leave those selected areas. You can even move between them, leaving when you want. It's not ideal but better than nothing right? I mean the alternative is a war they might lose.

Hogwarts is cool though ...and if they were able to implement the house Ministry of Magic would make it cooler. Sort of let them police themselves while being free...I totally like this idea better than mine now
