Yeah <_< Probably not gonna happen. That's why I liked Hawke. I could play a youthful snarky type as well as a sturdy older brothe type, and the voice just FIT for both. I hope the DA3 PC is like that. I would be super ticked off if he were given some deep he-man type voice. Or something boring and tonelessly deep, like Shepard. I hate Shepard's voice!

If we were to run into, say, Cullen's sister (let's assume he has one) in DAIII, what do you guys think she would/should be like? What would make his story arc spicier? What would make parts of his personality make the most sense? What would surprise you most?

I see her as being an older sister... something about Cullen screams little brother to me lol She's older, also a warrior/soldier (perhaps a soldier and not a templar). She used to scold him growig up. Maybe he joined the templars to prove himself to her....

On the other hand... Cullen as a big brother would be too precious for words!!  I do think the doting would get annoying after awhile though. Especialy if she turned out to be a huge brat and he was just totally blind to it lol How much would the PC want to slap him?

Ooooh, I really, really like this!

And it makes his blind following of Meredith make a lot of sense. Like he has an issue with authority figures -- especially female ones, and wanting to earn their approval.

This could even be an interesting facet in your friendship/romance. Cullen always trying to please you, rather than make decisions for himself. Then you can finally have the chance to say "Cullen! I am NOT [CullenSis]. You've already earned my love and respect in every way. You don't have to prove anything to me!" /kissingensues

I alway thought he would have a tranquil mother, or find out his mother was a rogue mage who tried to make some sort of uprising..lol.

But..I love the sister idea much better!

maybe she was supposed to be killed but a templar fancied her and made her tranquil instead? Thinking that it wouod be better than to see her die. Then they discovered she had a child and sent Cullen to the Chantry.

I like the female authority figure angle. How weird if Cullen's sis... Or MOM were like Genevieve in the Calling... So, pretty similar to Meredith.
