Oh, btw, I did see one new--to me --pic on the Amazon World of Thedas thing.

It was in a forest somewhere. The trees were Huge! With lil mushroom looking things growing on the sides. And a meandering stream.

I've never seen that area. Unless it ws a concept of the Brecillian. But...it didn't look like it. It ws very densely forested.

It reminded me of the Witchwood in Dragons Dogma. I wish I could get a pic of it, but..Amazon.

rapscallioness: Take a print screen shot of it, then paste it into Mspaint, crop out everything except the picture and upload it in here!

@Vamp If you're downloading hair mods that don't have compatible chargenmorph files already created, then you have to download the chargen compiler and run that. The chargen files are what contain the code that opens up certain slots that the hairstyles are added into. So you might have the hair downloaded, but the spot where it is contained is hidden in the character creation screen.

Hair mods ruin my playthroughs, especially in DA2. I'll be playing for a few minutes, then I'll decide that I no longer like that hairstyle anymore. This is the only hair mod that I sorta like for this game.

Me too! I'm still trying to learn how to use the one for Origins, but there are so many more modding opportunities, which leads to a much higher replayability factor. There's some really cool mini-campaigns for Origins that I've seen.

I am all excited for DA3 again. I dont know what came over me but now I am acting the way I did when I first joined this place and DA was all I could think about! Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh, I really want to play it NOW!

LOL, funny isn't it. Sometimes I'm just like meh, I can wait and then they'll release a tiny bit of info, or I'll watch a DA/Cullen related video or stumble across a forum post proposing possible scenarios and I'm all like RAAAAAWR I NEED TO PLAY DA3 NOOOOW!!!!

I don't think so, I'll have to look it up. Since I upgraded my video card I haven't had any issues w/ Origins crashing, but then again I uninstalled a lot of mods so that might have been the problem too. I got a bit crazy w/ them for a time

We're almost there guys! Stay strong! Anyone come across any new games that might be able to keep us distracted from DA3? I'm looking forward to the new Tomb Raider, but I have no idea when the release date for that is.

I know Dead Space 3 is coming out in February (that's my valentines day sorted LOL) and I think Bioshock Infinite is out soon if it isn't already. Hm, what else... Deadly Premonition Directors Cut comes out on the PS3 soon, I highly recommend that game, it's crazy but the protagonist is the coolest man ever invented!

I've had my canon DA:O playthrough finished since 2011 lol, I'm in the process of doing my DA2 playthrough now although I'm kinda sick to death of playing it since I've played it through so many times now. However, if I can get a new PC before the DA3 release date then I'll need to start a brand new DA:O and DA2 PC version of my ultimate playthrough, but it'll be more fun because I can add a bunch of mods.

Here's a question, I've probably asked it before but since we know a little more about the game now perhaps you've changed your minds:

Is anyone else concerned that your gonna be at least a little disappointed with DA3 due to all the ideas and theories we've thrown about in here about possible quests, companions, romances etc that probably won't be in the game?
