don't worry abt it too much R2. Like I said, it is on Amazon. It wasn't hacked. It was a part of the preview. Pages they agreed to be seen.
All you did was print screen. I"m sure they were aware that could and would happen. They also had the option to severly limit what could be previewed. BW that is. It was their choice.
Truth be told, it's what made me buy the book.
