Agreed. So long as it's preventable then it's all good. If Cullen did die in DA3 or something horrible happened to him surrounding the romance arc and there was no way to save him/the relationships then I'd certainly feel like maybe the writers had purposely done it to troll us for being so irritating. Same as if he's been hit with the ugly stick I'd feel like it would be their revenge for us "objectifying him".

It would be silly for Bioware to punish Cullen fans just because some find him attractive. He does, but that's not the reason I like him. I probably like him way back when I play DAO. I feel like with all the craziness that had been going on in his life, Cullen deserves some happiness in his life for once.

Zevran had a line saying that the male warden is attractive even before you fully romance him, but you only hear it if you initiate the conversation. I find it refreshing that Anders actually hits on you without you telling him to. Too bad they're probably not gonna do it again soon due to all the insecurities from guys. Well, I romanced Alistair halfway then changed it to Morrigan, so I'm not too sure the extensiveness of Zevran's flirtation, but I do remember the initial conversation where he hits on you though.Danny Boy 7 wrote...

I've been objectified plenty of times lol. God forbid I watch the notebook or have a smackable behind...gah. Seriously all through high school, girls I didn't even know would come up and smack me on the ass and giggle. I'm surprised they didn't get expelled lol. It felt kind of wrong though, idk. My ex did it and it was fine....not when they did however...so meh.
I wouldn't mind a lady character or gay male character that has the chance of objectifying men,,,idk though didn't Zevran do that to you anyway, until you fully romanced him?

Good choice. If you decide to stick with Kaidan (even though he's not in ME2) you'll be safe. He's 100% loyal. I'm gonna throw you some tips for the third game now:
1) When the first bad thing happens, make sure you buy Kaidan a bottle of alcohol from the shop and visit him regularly. (You'll know what I mean when the time comes).
2) Download the free extended ending DLC (it's super important you do that, otherwise you're gonna end up very upset)
3) When you get to the end of ME3, pick destroy if you want the "best" ending.

Just to add, I think there is a point system where you need to be nice to him during your visits or you'll be put in the friendzone by him or certain option won't be availble during certain event at midgame.

It's no problem, it's over, now it's just a funny story or a way to show how men can be objectified in a less...rapey way lol. Zevran is awesome. I always travel with him at the end of Origins. He comes along on my adventures until Awakening apparently which was kind of awesome. Plus I love the little comment Oghren makes about Nathaniel when you recruit him.
