O_O I just had an awesome thought about who Mr. Bitey is! What if he's a very powerful dragon or the major Dragon Age of DA3? Like Urthemiel was the "cover" dragon for Origins and Flemeth's dragon form was the major dragon for DA2? You don't necessarily need him/her to be a major facet of the game if the previous two are an example.

I was thinking that Mr.Bitey was either an Orlesian nobles weird pet or it's some kind of demon. It could be a dragon though!

I really hope they do, but then again I just like how each game has these terrifying super dragons. I like recurring themes in games

I forgot who it was that posted that pic, but they stated specifically that Mr. Bitey was "not a dragon" Could be the name of the PCs Mabari (if they are continuing w/ that trend for this game) or maybe a nickname for one of our companions? Not sure what exactly they would have done to gain that title though

Someone is really kinky....O_O it's whoever was the rapey guy :P

I'm still wondering if that was gonna be a companion romance encounter or just some **** noble trying to assert his power using his sexuality to intimidate the protagonist or npc... right before I murder knife the ****.

Well apparently it wasn't supposed to be rapey, so I imagine that it was a companion romance or at the very least wasn't some nasty noble doing something dirty so I imagine the guys were like, "Oh yeah ladies like that...right?" and the women were like, Arishok (Mary Kirby): No.

I was just listening to Greg Ellis' performance as Anders in Awakening. Aside from the slight accent change, the real difference in Cullen and Anders vocal style is that Anders sounds more upbeat, whereas Cullen (even when his professional manner slips) sounds more snifled and repressed.

Here's hoping a fun little adventure with our new protagonist will perk him up a bit!

I dunno, didn't Gaider say that it was supposed to be this character asserting his power over whoever but instead it came across a bit rapey?

Tell me about it! Especially since we've had a bit of an influx after that World of Thedas picture fest. I'm bored.

Interesting Tweet:

Mike Laidlaw: "Flights picked for PAX East. Looking forward to it."

*Name removed*: Please tell me this means ya'll are doing a panel. Would make my year if that happened."

Mike Laidlaw: "I'm not positive on panel plans, but as soon as it's locked down, I'll tweet about it."

This year PAX East happens between 22-14 March. We should keep watch for further information, especially since they did say they'd give us more DA3 information in Spring.

Ooooo!!:

David Gaider: "I may have just swooned at some dialogue @SherylChee wrote. #WritersPit"

*Name removed*: "Did you really swoon?!"

David Gaider: "I really swooned. @BioMaryKirby laughed at me."

*Name removed*: "Pics or it didn't happen"

Mary Kirby: "He did swoon. He even said, "SWOON!" That's how you know it's a legit swoon."

I wish I could see what he's swooning over, it must be amazing if it got DG all a flutter!

Ugh! I hope it's Cullen stuff, because I'm pretty sure that's one of DG's fave characters.

BTW LOLA CONGRATS!<3

LOL thanks! <3

I hope it's Cullen too, but it's probably not. Actually, I think Sheryl Chee did Cullen's dialogue for one of the two previous DA games, I forget which one though.

More tweets, this time from Sylvf who was one of the writers for ME3 (she was responsible for Liara's black box scene, amongst other things), she's now working on DA3 stuff:

Sylvf: "Writing scraps and pieces of a scene I've always wanted to do."

Sylvf: "Just have to figure out where it's best used. And when. And how to keep it well-paced. And where to branch it. ALL RIGHT. #herewego"

With the devs and writers posting about how they're all working on dialogue/scenes/etc that they've always wanted to do, I'm starting to think that DA3 is gonna be something really special.

Now, all we need is Cullen as a romanceable companion and I'll probably explode in a giant balls of excitement! But seriously though, the more I hear the more impatient I get lol.

I'm just excited to see that they seemingly brought even MORE people in to work on it this time around. Seems like they're working at 160% whereas for Dragon Age II it was only 120 :P

On a side note. I'm writing something and if anyone would mind helping me find the descriptions, plot info and such from the survey I'd really appreciate it.

I wasn't around for the DA2 development process, so I dunno if their tweets were much the same as they are now or anything lol.

What do you need? You're looking at an info gathering expert LOL.

It was a bit more quiet back then, but they didn't need to explain themselves to EVERYONE with an opinion back then lol.

I need the pictures of the survey companions, as well as the descriptions for said companions and the "plot" descriptions if you can find them oh master post tracker :D
