I don't think it's so much that they have no sex drive (since that would be pretty maladaptive for evolution) and more that their culture doesn't associate sex with relationships, romance, or parenthood.  You do your thing with whomever you're supposed to, have a little fun, and that's that.

My guess is that they've just sort of...put it under sex is sex. It's more of an itch than anything.

 My theory is that rampant steroid use has rendered nearly all qunari impotent. The qunari women all have to dress really provocatively and do nasty things in bed just to get their men to have a brief erection.

I just tend to think abstaining from sex is unnatural (possible and commendable when done for spiritual reasons, etc. but not "normal" behavior), and sex, well, naturally leads to FEELINGS (hence the advice never to have a "sex buddy" because feelings always inevitably enter into the equation).

Which is yet another reason why I don't think templars are celebate, and why I DEFINITELY don't think Cullen is a virgin. Could he be celebate; yes, I can see him making that vow. Would he be 30-something and still a virgin? With that face? That body? THAT ADORABLE SHYNESS?

Apparently younger! The World of Thedas says he was born in 9:10, so he was only 20. Wow. That is young. So... about four years younger than Cullen. Hmm. Fast forward to 9:37, and Cullen seems to be taking a little better  care of himself...

Maybe about kissing one of the male LI's and how we're allowed to hiss them in general when we want, but not "everywhere" as in mid battle etc lol.

This would make sense. There were some weird moments in DA:O with the "hey, let's chat or make out" when there was some skirmish happening. LOL

Bioware should put families in with their LI. Not necessarily during our journey but in the epilogue, like one post on DA3 forums said. It's the natural order of life. Purely optional, of course. I can't imagine Thedas form of birth control or condoms anyway. Why not?

I would hope their condoms don't look like this:



If that's how they are in Thedas, then I feel sorry for the males. Doesn't look very comfortable.

Oh man, seriously, they have condoms in Fable??  Bwahaha! That's awesome. I always imagine some nifty magical charm my PC could wear on a bracelet or necklace and never have to worry about STDs or pregnancy.  Now that's magic!

The condoms in Fable are made from sheep intestines. Which, incidentally, is what condoms used to be made of, about a century and a half ago.

For some reason, you can cheat on your spouse all you want in Fable, but you won't score Evil points if you're wearing condoms. They protect against STDs and moral repurcussions!

I like to imagine they all wear magical birth control/STD-repelling charms, too lol I like to think my characters can get it on without having to worry about syphilis and the like...

Well, according to Isabela, "Isn't that the point of magic?" 

Now the issue is just finding a non-crazy mage who will help you out.  Probably easier said than done by DA3.
