Me too! This waiting is deadly and I am just anxious for real news about the game this spring. I am going to be pulling my hair out when they slowly start to announce companions.

I dunno, it's just that they haven't given any indication about when they'll be releasing any info yet, and even when people on the BSN 'n' Twitter have mentioned it being in Spring the devs usually reply with "we will show you more when we're ready". 

Surely if it's already been mentioned once that there will be a Spring release then they would just repeat that to all who ask?

So what exactly does core drivers mean? Like what we complained about the most or what we want the most (sometimes interchangeable)

That's what I would figure. My guess would be that they're similar to the points from MLaw's talk from NYComic Con, where they talked about the core feedback they'd heard and were incorporating into the next game. e.g. choices that matter, no repeating environments.

I dunno, I think that's reading a little too much into their silence. We haven't even gotten to Spring yet, so there's still plenty of time. My guess is that they'll start to release some new stuff around the time of the next conventions (PAX, E3), new comic series (Mar), new encylopedia (Apr). I would expect them to time anything new/big around all of that to get the biggest bang for their buck. I wouldn't start worrying yet!

Ooh, that was me!  I was just joking around, but I guess he took me too seriously or something. I really have no idea what "main drivers of our core consumers" means anyway, do you guys?

Edit: Re-thinking about it, I really hope it wasn't something they will get mad at him for tweeting about  I was looking at the picture in question, and along the bottom it looks like it says "...do we accomplish..."

Well, I just messaged him asking if he can tell me what it means, so I guess we'll find out! If he got called out for it at work, I think I might have to send him some apology cookies or something

I already put my guess up above. Honestly, doesn't sound like it's that big a deal. It's just probably the driving principles they think their core consumers want in the next game, written out in nice graphical form.

OK  I don't feel so bad now. 

As for the lack of alluding to a spring info influx, I don't think they've ever really talked a lot about "we're going to tell you such and such on this exact date" unless the core information about the game is already out there. I'd like to think that they're going to catch us all off guard and then WHAM! Screenshots and Trailers galore!

Still hunting for a new PC? I need someone else to play Star Wars with to keep me from getting anxious  

Which reminds me, I was playing on my Trooper and some guy starts talking about how he's lost count of how many females his character has slept with at that point....I was so irked! After all that hard work we went through to bed that ONE guy <_<

Yeah, I doubt he would have said anything if it was a big deal. It's just funny that he flat out said what it was for once, instead of being cagey like MDarrah.

And, agree, I think we'll hear something eventually, and probably without much warning. I just still hope we, the faithful, get a tiny bit more of a heads up. :innocent:

My favorite is Aric Jorgen for the Female Trooper, but the Bounty Hunter guy looks pretty cute too.
