I was able to catch bits and pieces of it.... nothing new then? Bummer. (Am I the only one that kept thinking of that SNL skit 'Schwedy Balls"?) lol

Pretty much but I missed the first half. The possibility of Cullen becoming a companion/LI seems high baring in mind his favorite characters to write are the ones that stir up mixed emotions in people, something that Cullen has by the bucket full.

That. Is. Hilarious. Honestly though, we'dknown each other for a while but only went "dated" that one time. It was a bit odd. Some really strange random questions but I just figured he was uncomfortable with me. He was nice enough though.

Well it's nothing salacious... I remember him asking me what I'd consider my "crowning glory". I told him my big toe. I mean, how do you answer that? It's not like I was a raving beauty or had achieved anything of note. He stared a lot too.

That would be hilarious! I'd wanna do a few lines for one of the hookers in the brothel lol! I wonder how people actually go about doing auditions for Bioware games, especially Dragon Age since a lot of the actors are English that still live in England, does it get recorded here, like in London somewhere or do they have to travel to Canada to do it?

totally agree. He fits that, the "familiar face", and also could be someone we could be surprised by/change our mind about, or whatever u said. Seems a shoein to me! I only caught about a minute, the part about cheating and whether that serves the writer or the player. LOL Gaider just continues to impress me with the balance he always has in mind regarding writerly imperative vs.  player agency. Seems a hard line to walk. 

Re: changing your mind, it occurs to me that, with so many people still hating Cullen from DA2, he'd probably have some hearts to change in DA3.  Part of his arc could be convincing the PC -- and himself -- that he has changed his tune about mages. Hmm.... Yet more reasons for me to be heartbroken if he's not a companion!! :sob:

That and he said that there always has to be some kind of continuity from one game to the other, wether that be with companions or npcs

Well that depends. For some of the bigger names, I'm sure they can find a studio convenient to them. (For a VO you need a decent studio and time and some direction and that's about it. ) So let's say that Ellis has some time for a VO, but he's only available for 2 days in NYC. They'll set it up there. The VA's don't all need to be in the same place at the same time. It's studio magic! < Insert falling sparkles here.>

I have a feeling that as long as Sandal, Bohdan and Flemeth make an appearance, they will have fulfilled the continuity element.
