Oh yes, I've been envisioning it for some time! I was going for Dalish archer, but remove the Dalish bit, replace it with human, and I'm still good. A country boy who longs for adventure or has somehow been separated from his family/village/clan. Gets caught up in all this mess. How does he become part of this nebulous inquisition business; I haven't the slightest lol

But like I even have two default appearances for him; this is assuming we have WAY better hair choices lol

Still hopeful! ^_^

Me too! I'm hoping the hair will maybe sway with movement and combat too, but that's probably unlikely.

I haven't really thought of a background for mine yet. She is a mage thats for sure.

Yeah, I always start with a mage too. I can't wait to see these different background options they give us, whether they'll be like ME1, etc.

You can see the first six pages here.

So... am I the only one who reads: "King Alistair and his allies have traveled to the realm of nightmares..."
and facepalms because we're going into the Fade... AGAIN??  I have joked that every single DA property sends us there, even tho it's supposed to be extremely rare for anyone to go their conscious... but ... really?

We are the incredibly lucky people! And it makes sense since he is fighting against a magister and well, mages and the Fade always mix.

I wonder how the Fade will look in the comics though, kind of excited to see it.

Oh , wow, no matter who that is, it's lovely and affecting. Seeing a man cry is just so... upsetting (in my apparently slightly sexist world... :?).

*sigh* Yes, your much more mature answer is probably the right one, Shades! LOL Once you mix in magic, I suppose anything goes. Still. <_<

That's fantastic! And I'm with you R2, on the man crying thing. I may have overly romanticized it somehow in my mind. (Although, there was one ex boyfriend that cried way too easily and it was a total turn off. Image IPB)

LOL I feel like we need a field guide for meanie's past men. "Behold, here we have a crier. You can tell by the lack of strength in his jaw, and the way his lip trembles when you suggest watching 'Titanic.' Approach with caution." (said in an over-the-top Australian accent, of course! ;))

Haha! What a great idea..... and you can be my ghost writer. We'll make millions.

Seriously though, the crier was an NYPD cop. Really caught me off guard with the tears because I initially went out with him thinking he was some macho manly man... with a hot uniform. Image IPB

R2 I am reading the recent Cullen stories you posted on Devart and I must say: HEhe! Love it, as usual with your writings! I would have commented on there, but then I would have commented on every single one, and I don't want to annoy anyone with that :P

Someone who cries too much, man or woman, is not really attractive because it makes you feel like the caretaker of that person, like you have to baby them...

If I caught a date sniffling during a sad movie though it would really endear me to him lol If it's sad enough to make me cry, then it's okay for him I guess. Now watching movies home alone doesn't count. Because I cry at just about anything when I'm alone. Like those Sarah McLachlan ASPCA commercials. All those puppies and kitties *sob*

I think that close up pic has to be Cullen; he has the facial hair and the right color for his hair. I think something terrible would have to happen to Cullen for him to weep like that. *doesn't want to think about that*

He is crying because he hasn't gotten a chance to meet my protagonist, psh, thats so obvious. Who wouldn't cry over that? Image IPB
I really can't wait to see when that artwork is done!

I always cry when a male cries; in anything. Except of course if they are whiny cry babies but other than that, I always cry when they do, lol.

Oh my goodness...those commercials :crying: One time I heard it coming, and my boyfriend starts yelling at me from the computer to change it, since he knows I start bawling like a baby everytime. I couldn't find the remote, and then I just got sucked into it!

LOL! That is my immediate reaction.

I love how these people can video tape these animals in these terrible situations yet do nothing about it. There was one with a dog trying to swim out of a flood, all the while that lady was asking for us people to send money. If I had been the Camera Guy filming that dog I would have tossed the camera and gone to save it. But nooo, they'll just tape it and such, making YOU feel guilty about it.

For the most part, those shots are recorded during rescue missions. So really there are people behind the scenes that do help those animals (thankfully) It's relevant for them to capture those moments, because some people really need to be shocked into doing something.

The really horrible commercials are for the humane society, that they show only really late at night. That's the one where they show cows being tipped over with a fork lift, and the horse that has each of it's rib bones visible. So awful :crying:

Yeah your right and they do show some good things in them. Its not so much the commercial I get annoyed with, rather that those things happen all the time. It makes me so mad.

Thanks you guys for reminding me that now that I have a full-time position I need to start giving to the ASPCA again >.>
