^ Caveat, pretty sure the guy making the video is a dick since he has the username Rand al'Thor and has the blond Isabela mod, but whatever lol It's still funny.

EDIT: Also, he modded Merrill so that she's naked under her armor. Real quality, this guy lol

Merrill naked?! She just seems too innocent. I don't like blonde Isabela, doesn't suit her at all.

LOL, MMG I'm so glad  you shared this!! I convinced my husband to do an aggressive Hawke playthrough recently and had the pleasure of seeing this little gem earlier in the week. Being a d*ck is worth it just for the comic value of the thing!

This husband of mine has a seriously debilitating case of IGGS (inherent good guy syndrome)  -- but now he's addicted to being a complete jerk in video games and he's doing a playthrough of renegade Femshep, which is also full of comic lulz.

Okay, I have a really random question that's bugging me and maybe you guys can help (especially MMG).

If you play the alienage elf origin in DA:O, you meet a couple elf kids playing in a back lot and they talk about how there aren't any elf heroes to imitate. So you can kinda say "yeah, tough break" or you can invent one for them (lie).

But Garahel was an elf, wasn't he? How do all the alienege elves not know that? Are they just that uneducated about the Blights, or their own people, or do you think the Denerim authorites go out of their way to make sure that it's something never spoken of?

So far they all have to be girls because they each produce milk or eggs. I have...

A sheep named Leliana
A black sheep named Bethany
A black cow named Morrigan
A brown/red cow named Aveline
A black and white spotted cow named Isabela

... and an ostrich named Merrill.

What systems do you own or do you just play on PC only? You should try Dragon's Dogma if you have a PS3/Xbox 360. If you're a masochist, then you should try Dark Souls...

I named my original pawn Cullen in DD lol.

In Dark Souls, I actually made a warrior build that used heavy faith magic(sorta kinda similar to Templars).

I have a wii, an xbox, and a pc. Hooray for options!!! I LOVED Dragon's Dogma -- I started out making a big, beefy pawn with dreads and then discovered he accidentally looked like Ron Perlman.

... so I changed his skin color, changed his hair, and named him Ron Perlman. He runs around shield-bashing my little redheaded girl any time she's threatened. 

@ MMG, I thought seriously about getting a white horse and naming him Fenris, but we're only allowed to choose three kinds of livestock and I just couldn't part with the others.   Plus, I can ride them all --- and it's just plain funny to cruise around the island riding on a black cow named Morrigan.

If you want a game that crushes your will at every turn and is brutally hard, Dark Souls is your RPG. It's completely unforgiving but it's the ultimate risk vs. reward game. No holding your hand at any turn, just a pure hardcore experience. It's definitely not for everyone but it's critically acclaimed because it's so different.

Scary? I don't know. I guess it can be. The atmosphere is pretty amazing in the game and gives you a sense of desperation, loneliness, and pure sorrow. It's mostly depressing more than scary though. Doesn't have much story but I'd like to think it's so vague because so much is left up to your imagination.
