Absolutely. I have just discovered that you can get a Brian Blessed alarm clock app for iPhone and android phones. I going to download it cause I'm terrible in the mornings and I think a booming Brian would be enough to wake anybody up!

Gaider in regards to the possibility of DA3 being released in Fall this year:

"It's not a rumor, but until we give an official release date I wouldn't put much stock in it."

Followed by:

"It is not. An official. Release date.

It's a target, and can change at any time."

Maybe I'm biased, but I don't remember Cullen really "dehumanizing" any mages. Does he mistrust them? Of course he does, he is a templar after all, and that is pretty much the foundation of their purpose. If that person is referring to that moment when Cullen says "Mages cannot be treated like people." I don't think he was saying that they should be treated as less than human, more so that they cannot be allowed certain freedoms and choices that are granted the regular populace. Again, I'm probably just seeing these moments through rose tinted glasses, as I am clearly a fan of the character and would like to think that he would treat others, even mages, with kindness until they had given him a good reason not to.

Oh, and hello everyone! I should be floating around here more often now, since my guy is back on base for the next four months. I'm currently distracting my mopey-ness by playing the new Tomb Raider. It's such a great game!

Welcome back!

I know he says that mages can't be treated like people, but everyone seems to forget that he'd not long come out of Greenfell to "recover" so of course he's gonna be a bit anti-mage for a while. The thing is, he doesn't dehumanise them at any other point during the game and even shows concern for some of them. 

He's a Templar, he's supposed to come across as cold and uncaring, even if he might be absolutely gutted inside or wanting to do a happy little jig. He's never gonna fully open up all the time he's on duty. Once he's out of the Templars and (hopefully) running around with our protagonist, you can bet your arse his feelings about everything (including mages) are gonna start pouring out. He's got years of repression to unload LOL!

I agree though that's probably because I think people quote that line out of context. Does he think mages are less than human? I think his issues surround demons and only demons. Which in the templar order is a distinction only few really consider. Most go after mages whom they regard as the source of "evil" whereas Cullen, Otto and several others recognize that demons are the true threat and mages are simply innocent bystanders.

It is interesting though to remember that some of his fans don't like him, but like his characterization.

Lol, well we definitely won't get anything this month. The World of Thedas book comes out in April, so if nothing else we'll have that to pour over, which should keep us going for the month. After that we'll (hopefully) only need to wait until May or June to hear something.
