I do like Charade and Zevran's quest. I'm not sure how well she would handle relationship aspect though. We'll see, I suppose.LolaLei wrote...

How is Tonia? I'm not too familiar with her.
She done the script/dialogue for Charade and Zevran in DA2 when she was fresh out of her apprenticeship with BioWare. However, she left BioWare a couple of months ago to concerntrate on family life and personal writing projects.

Well, the DA team obviously consider her talented enough to give her an internship with their company to begin with, plus she was more than experienced and qualified by the time DA2 came around. I don't see why she wouldn't be able to handle a companion/LI's dialogue.

People do change (It would just be Sebastian but in reverse), but I'm not really into the womanizer type, so I hope not. Cullen just seems so reserved and chivalrous, that's one of the main reasons I like him. I hope they don't change his personality that much.Batteries wrote...
^That too. Virgin or not, I can't see him doing it outside a relationship. He seems too.. chivalrous.
But hey, he could be a fabulous drunken playboy by the time we meet him.
Well, if my theory was correct about who was writing him then he's going to be a gentleman.
Do you have any examples of characters shes worked on before? Just to get an idea of how she would envision Cullen to be?

No, she was still a student before working for BioWare.

@ Lola if she has no previous work, how did you come up with a theory that he will be a gentleman? Did she say something or?
Because most peoples grandfathers are gentleman... unless they're drunks LOL! Plus, Cullen is already kinda gentlemanly anyway, and he must be squee-worthy for Cori May to go all googly eyed over him. You can't squee over someone who's a complete jerk.

AH ok, thanks!
And also would she squee over a character that was just freshly made? I mean it is possible, but considering squee'ing

And also would she squee over a character that was just freshly made? I mean it is possible, but considering squee'ingis a pretty much a fangirl reaction to like Kaidan or Alistair. (Garrus, Zev, Sebastian, Anders...etc...) I would have to put my bet in on that it is a character that has already been featured. thoughts?
Well, Cori May is one of the editors so she gets to see a fair chunk (if not all) the script and dialogue, so I'd say she'd squee even if it was a brand new character (just like you would when reading a book for the first time), but the fact that her tweets coincide with Tonia's and both appear to have sat in on Cullen's VO session, my theory is that it's Cullen.
Whether that means he's a companion/LI remains to be seen, but whatever it is he'll be doing it's obviously squee worthy lol.

Tonia is super fantasticShe's a huge Cullen fangirl, too. And Charade is one of my favorite NPCs, so that's some TALENT right there... bringing so much life to such a minor character.
That too! She used to visit this thread frequently. At first she was just lurking (maybe looking for ideas for Cullen?) But eventually she popped out to say hi and chat with us.

She is probably a classic movie lover and Cullen will probably have aspects of men of that golden era.
Can't believe I am actually saying this, I sound freaking crazy....

Ok so I am just putting two and two together here. If my gut instinct is correct, her grandfather was probably a HUGE influence in her life. The fact that she is basing a character after him, plus if she was the one that actually named that character "charade".... I might be grabbing at straws here but Charade is a movie I watched with my grandpa... Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant (nom nom).

Maybe, although I thought she was called Charade because she pretty much did have Hawke and co running around playing this Charade over a wallop mallet lol.
Either way, I guess her grandfather must've been a good man! So that means that if it is Cullen, then he's a good man too!
