And please give her a break.  I know her.  I gave her screesnhots back when she didn't have any.   She is one of the nicest people on Tumblr and she gets crap from fans whenever a negative confession comes up.


Its a confession blog. You're going to see confessions you don't like. Theres a Mass Effect one too and a bunch of other ones. Its not out of the ordinary.

I just checked the confessions, and I didn't think that particular one was all that bad.

However, Danny is allowed to feel as hurt or disappointed about its content as he wishes, and I've generally always found this thread is more positive when we all have the attitude that it's a safe place where we can bring our gripes and express our frustration with the Cullen hate.

In other words, nobody's feelings are *wrong*. At the worst, Danny could have been accused of being insensitive  about the way he expressed himself (though I personally don't see that at all.)

You go on with your bad self, Danny. We know your pain.

Everyone is entitled to their confession, but there was a negative comment about the thread on the notes that I just didn't agree with. Big up for Danny though!

In my opinion the fact that Cullen provokes such reactions from people means he has to be a major player.

Um, as I think we've said many times before... no one is dissing on the confession mod. In fact, didn't Danny even say that explicitly in his original post..? And, it seems to me that she has tons of control over what is posted, since I believe she has reiterated over and over and over recently that attacks against the fandom aren't OK. Now, comments in the reblogs are another issue entirely.  So I guess I don't know what you mean by "what is said in the Confession threads."

So, let's take a step back, yet again, from doggedly defending the confession mod and her hard work. We're all very aware of the crap she deals with. As we've said multiple times before. Still doesn't  mean Danny can't be sad at something that bummed him out.

Dude, that sucks!! LOL I remember when I went through a hardcore hair dying phase (I went red... and then actually stripped it out! eek!) and my hairdresser expressly forbade me from dying my hair for a while.

Ha ... well they don't want us doing it ourselves because then they can't charge us  No but really, it would be like 150 bucks just to blacken my hair and add a couple strips of purple. So annoying. 

But I guess I am paying for being cheap lol

Fortunately it was only a few strands (or appears to be) and I think the Manic Panic is supposed to be nourishing anyway. I will condition it after rinsing out the MP.

LOL Good luck!  I'm too untalented with my hair to do anything other than tint it myself. So when she said no... that was that! LOL

She DOES NOT POST Confessions against any fandom...... thats what I meant.  She has NO control on how people reply to them.

I am forever turned off from bleaching my hair in any way after seeing that one scene from America's Next Top Model, where the poor girl is practically having her scalp burned off. I used to be addicted to that show back in the day.

I like my dark natural hair color better anyway, so it all works out!

Egad. Such drama. Why? Was BSN mentioned in the eeevil comments? Or, us specifically?  I did finally look at the confession itself, and indeed, it's not that bad. I realize, however, that I have no idea what a "troll" confession would be anyway. I  mean, how could one possibly know the different between someone just having an unpopular (or popular, but negative) opinion and someone who's trying to frak with the community? I don't envy the mod having to sort that out.

Er I did. Wasn't complaining about the confession though. I didn't even mention the comments though.
