Lola usually pokes Cameron Lee on Twitter lol.

I totally do not poke on Twitter! (That's for Facebook).
... But seriously though, I think I'm outta luck on that one. Figured I'd try it from another angle on fresh victims.

LOL! Lola, I was thinking about that. Its like you're a lion on the prowl for a new helpless victim, not bad thing of course! If it gets us info use that charm! (;

No room for speculation, is it? I wasn't watching when they were releasing DA:O or..any game for that matter. So I don't know how these things really roll out.

Oh wow, now if they made a list like that, well, I would be reading it over and over again. Though I do like speculating.
Was there any reasons given as to why The World of Thedas was going to be released later?LolaLei wrote...

There's plenty of info in it, but it doesn't give too much away. If they go that route with DA3 and throw in a couple of in-game photos then that would certainly be enough to keep people satisfied until it's release date.

I haven't heard anything official. In fact, it seems there are still folks whose dates haven't been changed...? So, I dunno if it's the whole the book that's delayed, just amazon, or even just some purchasers...Shades_Of_Pale wrote...

Hmm, that seems awfully detailed for just a "reveal." Is that how much info a reveal often gives? I still know nothing of the development process.LolaLei wrote...

Short answer Lola is that I agree, though I think that solving the issue is as you said adding more optional player started dialogue ala DA:O and have them ask a bit more about you like Morrigan and Fenris did (at times). Also make their plight a bit less prominent. No one likes a whiner after all (I say realizing the irony)
I would like body language and agree that it would require a bit more vocal mentions, considering sometimes I even miss things said in dialogues lol. I wonder if it would effect resources greatly to implement that. We have it to an extent, mainly with our protagonist or in the form of a shrug or a coy smile.
I'd like to see any reactions further fleshed out though.
You're onto something there!
Having the companions ask the protagonist more questions would also be a great opportunity, not only for the companions personality to shine through via reaction/action to the reply, but also as a way to roleplay our protagonist further. Like in DA:O when Morrigan asks you in Lothering about your mother and you can choose whether to say that you love her (meaning that you have met/know her and have a good relationship), that you've never met her, or tell Morrigan to mind her own business. I definitely think more questions asked by the companions about personal things would be beneficial.

good topic.
Um, yes. I found that in DAO the companions told you more abt themselves. Over time. Not all at once. Their personal history. Which I luvd. Then they even asked you how you felt abt what they just told you abt themselves. Very cool.
Even non super dialogue interaction. Like when I told the Rev. Mother I'd cut her if she didn't release Sten--Morrigan cackled w/delight, and Alistair was horrified. That told me alot abt them right there. And it was so funny.
In DA2 it was rather "my Plight" heavy. Which grates very quickly.

Gosh, I totally forgot about this. Good point. That does add a nice dimension, since it fleshes out both you, the PC, and them.rapscallioness wrote...
