I hope I'm not gonna really dislike this new protagonist's female voice, I wouldn't mind having both a male and female Inquisitor this time round, like I did with my Shepards.
Come on, Lola -- be both know fHawke was no worse than mShep.

I wonder who they'll use? I hope they're awesome as well.
I had this gut feeling that the protagonist's VO might be the actress who done the voice of Brooks in the ME3 Citadel DLC simply because they made a big deal out of the character and stuff... she's actually got a really nice voice, so I'd be quite happy with that one.
If she isn't the protagonist then I bet she'll voice one of the companions.

I didn't mind male Shepard's voice acting, it wasn't quite as expressive as fem Shep but I still liked it. However, I couldn't listen to lady Hawke without wanting to punch her lol, it just sounded so posh and condescending all the time.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. It's why I can't watch True Blood. Those fake, exaggerated Louisiana accents drive me up the WALL!!!

I can't tell the difference in True Blood, but I'm not American so that's probably why. I guess that's probably another reason why fem Hawke's voice bothers me, because I can hear the accent and tone differences between her and the rest of the Hawke family lol, plus I can't stand the sound of posh British accents anyway.

With our luck, DA3 will be a new amazing benchmark for RPG's... but the protag will be voiced by someone like Adam Sandler and Fran Drescher. lol

Well that was pretty unanimous!
Let us know how you get on with sarcastic male Hawke! Who do you plan to romance? He has some pretty good one liners when he romances Anders lol.
Just made it into Kirkwall, not sure who I'm going to romance yet. Pretty sure he's going to end up sleeping w/ Isabela, but it probably wont go past a "friends w/ benefits" sort of deal. I've never really done any M/M romances, so I might give it a go. It'll probably be w/ Fenris though, as Anders is already headcannoned to my Female Archer.
I have a screenshot taking addiction

I recently finished a playthrough with a sarcastic Male Hawke who romanced Fenris, rivalmance. I really enjoyed it, the dynamic was really interesting and those two really were so perfect together <3, it may even be one of my favourite romances in the game

Mine shagged Isabela too (mainly cos I needed to get her friendship up enough so she wouldn't run off), but he always ends up with Anders. I kinda like the pairing because my sarcastic Hawke is very much like Anders was in Awakening, so I like to pretend that Anders can see a little bit of his former self in Hawke and that in turn Hawke manages to keep Anders from tipping over the edge by staying calm and dealing with most things with humor.

I hope that the protagonists are from Starkhaven, that way they will have lovely Scottish accents. For me David Tennant and Karen Gillan would be ideal (in my dreams!)
