Bleugh, 2 more months (minimum) of bugger all. I guess at least we'll have The World of Thedas book to tide us over during May now that they've postponed its release. April is gonna be a real sh!tter though.

Apparently he's on a 6 week sabbatical period now, before he returns back to DA3 for the crunch.

So he'll be back in May time after his 6 week holiday is done, add in probably a month of extreme workingness aaaaand that makes it roughly June for a possible reveal.

Good catch!  I was too busy fangirling to notice such details (I really admire and look up to him, just as an aspiring writer myself, and it's interesting to see how much he doubts himself, despite his success).

June ... I have a conference in June. Watch the big reveal happen while I'm away on work crap.

I'm glad he's taking a break. Poor guy. 

Well overdrive to me seems like they have a release date and (with us knowing) they can't miss any more deadlines. Not that they could before but now they have deadlines that need to be met if they're going to hit whatever release date they have planned.

I think E3 is on the 11th of June MMG so you SHOULD be fine...unless your confrence is that early

I know they have crunch phases fairly regularly since they set themselves staggered targets to hit throughout the development process, but this one is during the Spring period and cutting it close to Summer. Obviously the Spring reveal thing was just an estimation, but Mike Laidlaw said he'd prefer to do a reveal sooner rather than later so my guess would be that they're prepping ready to show us stuff.

I'm wondering if we'll get anything in the spring tbh.

On YouTube? Go for it! You can get free editing software that does the job for basic editing of videos.

Youtube would be the one I'd use yeah. It'd probably be a slide show though with my radio voice in the background. I need to know how to record my voice though. I'll scan the pictures/pages in and then work it out that way, but I'm pretty new to all this recording stuff.

Yeah, you'd be better with an external mic since the quality will be better. You'd be able to filter out background noise and stuff with the Audacity software too so that'll clean the sound quality up a fair amount too.

I'm wondering if it's worth us all putting our wants in that "Top 5 things you would like to see in DA3 Inquisition?" thread in the DA3 forum again, simply because it's been stickied for ages and all our earlier posts in there have been swamped out by new ones.

The devs probably don't even check it anymore, but it might be worth throwing in that we want Cullen again on the off chance. Might as well draw some more attention towards him to make doubly sure that his hype doesn't die out lol.

Honestly I think the "top 5 things" is more likely to be implemented in DA4 than DA3, I think most everything is set in stone at this point know what I mean?

Lol, I'm pretty clued up on all that stuff since I've been teaching myself to use all the software. It's all pretty easy really.
