As I thought, this was in the Seb thread, for completeness.
I'd say he'll definitely show up in DA3 then. I hope he's alright, I'd hate for him to be all RAWR and messed up just because of Anders. Maybe he'll have grown as a person and have more life experience by the time our Inquisitor meets him. I'd happily take him on as a companion again, although that probably wouldn't happen since he was previously romanceable... kinda.
I am very curious to see his state of mind after three years. I always view his threats as a sign of someone who just very, very upset when everything went down in Act 3. I could see him still never forgiving Anders, but being able to much more pragmatic about everything at this point. I mean, after all, Hawke wasn't even in Kirkwall anymore after Meredith died... and probably not Anders either, so bringing an army from Starkhaven would be a bit of a waste of resources. LOL

Well, that's Seb to a "T", is it not? He makes rash decisions. But after thinking about it, once he's calmed down, he'd realize how ridiculous that would be lol
