Ahh, so this is the first time you've had to go through the agonizing wait for the next Dragon Age, huh? Lucky! :P

I'm hoping once they can talk about it, the devs will be hanging around the forums like they did before DA2. The forums would literally explode each time DG showed up in a thread.

This is my first time agonizing for any game, so I never know how any of this goes about.

Pain. That's how it goes

Edit: Hold on, that's unfair. You get momentary relief when the demo comes out. Then the pain comes back tenfold until the game comes out.

I got into the Mass Effect triology late too because I'd seen so many people playing it, so I waited until 2 weeks before ME3's release to play ME1 and ME2 and got hooked. Sooooo yeah, this is my first ever BioWare related waiting experience because I've always got into there other stuff really late, lol.

I bet it was crazy between DA:O and DA2 because back then BioWare were still the peoples darlings and no one knew what DA2 would be like, or what ME3's ending would be!

There was still a lot of negativity coming from the information they did talk about (human, voiced protagonist, who's romancable by who, etc)

My favorite moment was when I was part of the Fenris thread, where we constantly freaked DG out and were well known for it, and I made a mock convo about Isabela teasing Fenris about over compensating with the size of his two handed sword, and DG quoted me and continued the mock convo. I just about fainted.

So they said they wouldn't really change the way/design that characters had looked in DA2 but with Frostbite won't they have to?

I think they meant that they are sticking w/ the same kind of art design...just shinier and more Frostbite-y

Oh thats what I meant, I just, wonder how the characters would look. I am actually afraid they would look funny...but hopefully it'll just make them look better.

Did they say that in the PAX panel thingy? I skipped bits of it to get to the good parts, lol.

They were discussing some stuff about Frostbite and how the engine is better. Like they can just change things in the game without having to shut it down to do it, or something like that.

Oh, right. I caught the ending part of that where he was talking about how he could move the campfire over slightly whilst testing in-game rather than restarting the whole game again to do it.

I play for keeps! :P

Things did get a bit weird (a few times) Fenris's bodily fluids, and the discussion over underwear type were the most memorable  We definitely keep things within the confines of only just vaguely concerning here...so far!

When they said Cullen had a fun fandom, one of the devs said "finally".
