Yeah I hear you Samara on wanting the same "feel" to the music so as not to ruin immersion. 

But at the same time I would be beside myself with happiness if DA3, which is sure to be an awesome game, were finally accompanied by an awesome ST.

Yeah, I like my music to pack a punch. The right soundtrack and ambience can really make a scene. I think that's why I'm so picky when I make those Cullen fan videos, I'll spend literally ages looking for the right track to acompany them.

Oh I really like the music from the suicide mission in ME2...

I really think it's something DA2 's been missing , like these scene with good music , epic cinematics...
It's like Skyrim , I don't like playing a "special "hero , it gets on my nerves :"I'm special." /vomit.
But You know , put dragonborn music , or the music when you enter Sovngarde ....and I'm like F*** Yeah I'm the Super special dragonborn lady and it rocks!I even got a soundtrack with my name!

It is pretty nerve racking talking infront of that many people... especially when you don't know if they're gonna launch into "DA2 SUCKED EA IS THE DEVIL RAAAAAAWR" at any moment, lol! 

God. That is so true lol  Although at a con I think the fans are generally more positive than on a place like the BSN 

Biggest crowd I've ever spoken in front of is probably only about 50 people. And then of course I teach, so. I forget that public speaking can be hard if you're not used to it. But then again, like if you are ... the community manager or something (don't want to name names lol) you should be good at public speaking....

They didn't seem very prepared. I'm not sure they really gave much thought into what they were gonna talk about... or they were hungover, which is more likely!

Couldn't get them back, sadly. Doesn't matter though, I can always make more in the future.

YAY! I really liked Dagna, maybe she'll come and live in our castle? It's bound to have some sort of library in there and she can study Sandal and see if she can work out how he does his "not enchantments". D'awwww it'll be awesome!

I'm expecting it too. I think the set up was there in DA2 when he talks of planning ahead for that day, trying to be sure Sandal is taken care of. I envision it be a major tear jerker too. Like Sandal sitting there not quite understanding why Bodhan's not waking up. Maker, it'll be awful.

Obviously this depends on choices made in DAO i.e. if your warden lived or sacrificed herself; but since Cullen was obsessed with the female mage/warden could one possible reason for her disappearance be that the Templar has finally flipped and decided to act upon his unrequited love/obsession and so abducted her or killed her. Again this would depend on choices made in DAO and weather Cullen went crazy and ran off or weather he became Knight Commander.

Is it just me or could it not be a possibility, given the poor guy was tortured to the point of near insanity. OK he has a huge dislike/mistrusts of Mages but given ending in DA2, I personally feel that things might have been put into a little bit more of a prospective given that Meredith was just as bad. Besides the warden was the few mages that he really had any feelings for apart from loathing and mistrust. He loath her kind but let’s face it DA2 shows he still wants/thinks of her.

This is an interesting theory/piece of speculation. It certainly fits into the "what would make you want to murder-knife Cullen" debate we like to have in here, lol. My Warden Amell romanced Alistair, so I think if Cullen did get a sudden case of the crazies then Alistair wouldn't hesitate to cut him down... if my Warden didn't do it first!

I expect that he's probably long over Amell/Surana by the time we meet him in DA3. In DA2 he does mention Amell and appears to look back on his memories of her in a swoony/dreamy kind of way, but I got the impression that it wasn't in a "I want her" way, and instead his mention of her was to show the following:

1) That he no longer thinks badly of her after the broken Circle event and had come to terms with the feelings of guilt he felt for having an innocent crush on a mage (that he never acted on). This in itself is progress, especially given the rumours going around the Gallows about it.

2) That his hard lined "never trust a mage, never doubt the Order" way of thinking is starting to slip and he was beginning to have doubts, which we see throughout the course of DA2.

3) Cullen pointed out that "she was a special woman, never met her like again". Although it was a blatant Easter Egg to all the Amell players (though, he obviously felt the same about Surana Wardens too), it also served as confirmation that he'd never met that caliber of woman again, and is likely still single.

I've often wondered if that last part is more than just an ego massage to Amell players, and more of a subtle hint that he might be romanceable in DA3, like, he's never met anyone else that he considers as "noteworthy" as Amell/Surana or brought about the same kind of intense feelings, until he meets the DA3 protagonist (if you choose to pursue his romance).

But anyway, after 10+ years I think he's probably long over obsessing over Amell/Surana (if the player even played as a mage), with the state of Thedas, the Templar Order breaking away from the Chantry and the mages rebelling he's got more important things to worry about. That being said, there's still a possibility that he could show up stark raving bonkers in DA3 due to more stress since the Meredith/Kirkwall thing, or even end up mad by the end of DA3, but I don't think the Warden is at any risk of being kidnapped by him, LOL.

As for his endings in DA:O, they were all retconned and are now considered obsolete thanks to the Witch Hunt dlc placing him in Greenfell for recovery and then being sent off to Kirkwall by Knight Commander Greagoir to work in the Kirkwall Templar Order.

Ahh I have yet to buy many of the extra downloads, I have awkening but not Witch hunt etc.

I know full well it would be a very unlikly occurance but as I said it was just an idea that poped into my head during my first playthrough of DAO  as a fem mage after playing DA2, hey I a am a little pervers what can I say lol

Aw, I hope not. True, Bodahn does talk about his future demise... but I guess I just imagine the two of them as untouchable, ala R2 and C3PO, always there... even when it stretches plausibility and memory tampering technology. Dagna would be a cool replacement, tho, and the two of them could be the dwarf contingent at the Fereldan Circle. LOL

I quite enjoyed the Witch Hunt dlc. It's especially good for the female Amell/Surana since you get to revisit the Circle and you get a little blurb from the two gossiping Mages about Cullen, his mental health and where he's gone (to Greenfell to recover).
