I figured that it wouldn't be DA3 anyway. I don't think we'll be getting any news this month... or next month for that matter.

Did you read the article that the CO (I think) of EA wrote in reference to that survey? Made a good amount of sense, though there are still issues w/ that company that I have a problem with. Certainly not the worst company in america though.

no I think they meant that first time in the Consumerists history. They have had this poll for about 8 years now. First time a company took it twice in a row.

Depends on if all the hate actually affects their profit margin! If it doesn't, I mean, if people still buy their games, then they don't care. That's how companies work!

I don't think they care period. As much as I would like to see some changes from EA...I just unfortunately don't see it happening. I just don't want to see BioWare eaten up and ruined by them thats all. It would hurt my soul!

True. I don't know what there profit margins are currently but according to a lot of people they aren't as great as they were several years ago. Personally, I'm not bothered so much, so long as DA3 is good then I'm golden.

Same lol So far I haven't seen the effects of "evil" EA, but I'm sure it's just because I haven't personally felt it. Here's hoping it doesn't affect DA3!

So I finally finished Those Who Speak (all of it) I'd read the synopsis and honestly beyond wanting to actually see the pictures and get some of the content you get the full experience. Anyway I really loved being able to see more from Isabela's perspective, she's an amazing character and I saw the extent of both her ruthlessness and her nobility.

I'm surprisingly getting a little ticked at Alistiar because it seemed like they were "flirting", but I think it's because I've seen her flirt with dozens of guys (and some girls) since romancing my Hawke and Alistair seems like a slap in the face (in a good way)

Kind of sad really lol. The story is really emotional to me, a bit more so than Alistair's in Silent Grove. I don't like Devon....at all (just needed to say that really quick lol). Anyway Alistair seems more like the "silent protagonist" going through the story and while he still has his funny moments he doesn't talk that much.

I loved the back and worth between Rassan and Isabela, the reveal near the end was pretty cool. There seems to be an ongoing trend of our heroes conversing with someone who's incredibly interested in their personal motivations (Alistair/Yavana, Isabela/Rassan). I can't wait to see any back and forth between Varric and Bianca (or whoever).

This is kind of an informal review, but I liked it. It can get a bit...weird at times, like their is a point when they're captured and the only reason I'm given is, "Well Qunari.". It's also kind of strange because Rassan looks like she uses magic at one point, but from there on she just keeps b!tch slapping Izzy.

On that note btw, the Qunari back hand A LOT lol. I mean every other page, someone is getting back handed for no reason.

Like all comics it can get a bit weird to read, because the page breaks aren't clear enough.

So all in all a good read, fun characters (though Mae was pretty cute, Rassan is awesome in her own way) and some of the moments are great.

You know, I honestly don't know? I don't where they are in developement but Allan made it sound like most of them were still in the planning/scheduling phase (not writing though), but at the same time they seem to be building levels and stuff so *shrugs* maybe they're further ahead than any of us really know?

Ugh, you know, I'm honestly so tired of the "EA is from the devil" shtick. Granted, I haven't read any of those articles... but I don't really want to, you know? I start to worry that all the negativity ends up being a self-fulfilling prophecy... and next thing we know, boom, EA stocks tank, EA's gone, BW's gone, DA's gone... *sniff*sniff*

Yeah, I worry about that too. I just hope DA3 knocks everyone's socks off. I found ME3 for £12 in a games shop the other day (that's approximately $18), which is crazy cheap all because of the ending, lol.
