It could mean that the concept art looks really good/

Could mean the pre-alpha/alpha stuff looks awesome this early.

Could be that a small area looks so good they mistook it for a screen shot.

hmmm  that article seemed a little .... angry? lol  Almost a little too angry. Granted YES I get it, far worse companies exist! yadda yadda yadda. But damn, I thought it would have at least been taken as "we need to reach out to our consumers"  not  "damn you all to burn..and scorn..and .. bah! to hell!" Its a freaking internet Poll.. take your poo. I wouldn't take it as "consumers HATE you" I would have taken it as "consumers wish to have better relations (no, not that kind!) with the company". Like I don't know, look at companies that fans adore...take it from them, learn it, use it....  good grief. Wow, I still can't get over how angry it was LOL... angry panda me thinks.

Meh, I give up. That response pretty much told me their still in denial. I still worry about BioWare though, they have a bad track record of ruining or shutting companies down. Just don't want to see that happen. It is more concerning now because of their reaction, its like they don't feel that they need to change...even a little. Everyone needs to change the bad about them, they are not exempt.

Ugh, you know, I'm honestly so tired of the "EA is from the devil" shtick. Granted, I haven't read any of those articles... but I don't really want to, you know? I start to worry that all the negativity ends up being a self-fulfilling prophecy... and next thing we know, boom, EA stocks tank, EA's gone, BW's gone, DA's gone... *sniff*sniff*

I'm of the same mind, they have unethical business practices, but OMG there are so many companions worse in this respect, can we just not buy their games if you're that pissed? BioWare has not sold their souls, they don't just see green, they listen to their boss.

So many people claim honor is better than money and you know what, they're right, but guess what, devs gotta eat.

Argh, I'm just tired of the debate lol.

EAs response was quite..hmm. Can they get in trouble for that? Well not in trouble necassarily I suppose, but I can't imagine that anyone will be too happy. Now the internet will be filled with it, people will be hissing and scratching.

edit: oops, I have to remember it was one guy, and that doesn't make it really all of EAs thoughts:pinched:

Yeah, despite my angry post I agree with you lol. It's just death threats, calling people ****s. I mean I can't see a single thread involving EA that isn't a slant against them or their subsidiaries know what I mean? Not the fans fault, but not all of them are exactly exempt.

Plus a pet peev of mine is this idea that EA should just burn and die because the fall of EA would be a HUGE blow against the industry and would cost thousands of people their jobs and that's not cool in my opinion.

Yeah, people forget that when it boils down to it, EA/BioWare are a company it's job is to make as much money as possible via games. It's like saying that people should go to work for the love of their job and the money shouldn't matter... Try telling a bunch of employees that they should work for free and see how far you get, LOL!

I would almost have thought it be a fake... but I don't think it is. It just seems not very PR-like. And yes, the reason I could have swore upon reading it that it was fake because now there is going to be a serious backlash. I know there will be. It was just really odd to see... honestly I am still shocked.

I would NEVER want that, I agree with you. Bad idea (I lub BW), I think most people just want change. But I guess it is coming across differently. I don't want EA to fall, cause that would take down wwwwaaaayyyy too many developers in the process.

Yeah, I can see why the guy made that angry response and he's right, there are far worse companies out there. However, he needs to remember that the poll and results aren't anything big or official and is just some Internet based thing of no real importance and won't even effect EA's stocks and shares or mess with it's bank balance.

It's like pissing and moaning at a coffee table after you've stubbed your toe on it, completely pointless because your reaction won't make the blindest bit of difference. Lol.

Hm, Ryan Loe tweeted something appropriate:

"You can learn more from playing a bad game than from a good one. Nobody tries to make a bad game. You need to see where they went wrong."

I'd say he's spot on. I bet at least one person will tweet him back a jibe about DA2 and/or the ME3 ending, lol.

@ Lola    Like seriously when I clicked on it and read the first two lines I was like "Lola, your putting me on here chicky, this has got to be a fake". But after cruising the interwebz I found many articles commenting on it. This will be talked about for months...and rage will happen. *sigh.

If it was for Evil Chris I would've presumed it was fake too. It's definitely gonna cause some trouble, especially since news is thin on the ground at the moment and everyone is still on the "EA is the devil" soap box after SimCity and some other recently released game that's completely slipped my mind currently, lol.

Y'know what I hate about all this EA bashing at the moment? A lot of the articles keep dropping DA3's name or a DA related logo/screenshot into their writing. It's blatantly just to get more views because they know gamers are looking for DA3 related news, but at the same time it's putting a bad spin on the game.

It's like they're dooming DA3 to fail before it's even been released.
