I've kinda put DA3 on the backburner of excitement since they showed Dark Souls 2 off. I'm still excited for it of course, it's just that we have literally nothing to talk about. I'm hoping that sprint review day reveals some tantalizing details. I still think DA3 isn't going to be revealed until E3.

I know what you mean; I'm not waiting on any particular game, but some of the fever I felt regarding DA3 has died down a little. But I'm sure it will pick back up again once something is announed.

@Moto: I liked your blog post, was a really interesting read . I dunno about the DG and the festival, it's nice to hear he's having such fun on his vacation and it could be interesting to see if any of it melts into the game . (Don't think it will).

@Deuce: Besides DS2 and ACIV I'm not really waiting for anything and in the case of the latter the game isn't really going to change that much from it's predecessors. Just not much video game wise to talk about lol.

It was definetily fun to read. Makes me sad to be a guy half the time. I mean I don't know how to act any different since I was raised by women lol, but it's one of those facepalm moments when I read these articles and think about how some of my gender act. Not all of them as this thread obviously shows, but a good amount.

My eye is on Watch Dog's, Ubisoft. Yes its like a re-hash of Deus Ex but I LOVE it and I am like addicted to watching the trailers. Comes out Autumn this year so its what I have to look forward to at the moment that has already been REVEALED grrrrrr unlike some video games I know *coughDA3cough*

LOL Wasn't DG also on vacation in New Orleans that time that he gave that fan an impromptu interview? It seems perhaps he's a semi-regular. LOL

It'd be cool to meet up and just talk with one of the devs. I love talking with Hall over all types of games and movies. He's a cool guy.

Ah well rape culture affects guys and girls alike; girls are just as likely to s-l-u-t-shame a girl as the boys are to commit violent acts against her. So don't be ashamed of your sex/gender; it's just something maybe we should all be aware of, which I think everyone in this thread is, since we're all pretty smart and nice lol

Yes how creepy would it be if I just cut work and took off for NOLA tomorrow, in search of DG? Although I think I probably missed my chance b/c he probably did all the usual touristy stuff, Magazine street, etc. and is now exploring areas I've probably not heard of. But then if I find him I just quietly and casually follow him every where he goes...

Lol, every time he looks over his shoulder he sees a group of people is light pink shirts with templar logo's on them, but when he turns around they're missing. He's talking to his friends and hears, "Cullen....in DA3"

Goes to the bathroom and finds that there is no more toilet paper calls for some and a roll of that Cullen paper ominously rolls into the stall....

Interesting blog.  I must confess I rarely play multiplayer games and if I did I would never reveal my gender. I remember telling a colleague once that I loved gaming (I brought some games into work for a safety project)  and he looked at me really oddly and said that I did not look like that kind of person! I mean what kind of image does a gamer have?!

For anyone that isn't on Tumblr, or doesn't follow me, I made a little collage of some of the characters Greg Ellis voices in Dragon Age: Origins (there are a TON!) Just something fun to do on the side while I've been doing another playthrough. I'm working on one for my Alistair/Cousland pairing too, it's so much fun looking for those really cinematic shots in-game!

They're great images.

I remember him voicing Matthais, the Ash Warrior and the nervous mage apprentice (he was a bit of a scaredy cat, didn't he singe something!) But don't remember the others! I shall have to keep a look out for them.

Yea, I just tried to keep an ear out for his voice while running around and talking to pretty much everyone, then double checking the character on his IMDB page. There's like ten more characters that he voices, but I ran out of room in the Tumblr post
