Ha! So Ferelden is in the South East if Thedas, which means it's Kent if it were England. So I really am Fereldan because that's the region I live too!

There's an interesting piece about the Inquisition that suggests that it was just another name for the Seekers. Hm, well if that's true then that explains why we'll be part of this new Inquisition because it has no ties to anything.

HOLY ****! So those fiery skeleton things in the Fade are the souls of dreamers wandering around, they disappear as each individual dreamer wakes up. Terrifying!

Hmm, one of the timeline points though said that the senior members of the Inquisition became the Seekers. Then there's a separate timeline point about the creation of the templars. (I got the Orlais pages again yesterday on my amazon preview. LOL) It does sorta suggest that the Inquisition really just became the Seekers, and then when they created the Circles, they created the templars to watch over them, perhaps from the Seeker rank and file? Can't believe you got it already!!

Oh wow!  I wonder why it looks like they're attacking in that one pic...

I always thought they wanted us to play a seeker...
With Cassandra being a sexier Duncan.
Afterall they are a sort of secret special order ...if you forget about the chantry , that's kinda cool.

Agree! They seem like the secret agents of Thedas, working outside the law. Hopefully it's that kind of cool vibe we get from being the Inquisitor.

Here's something interesting from the timeline right at the end:

"Lord Seeker Lambert goes missing and is presumed dead."

Missing. So Cole either dragged his body off somewhere are killing him, or he's alive and has fled somewhere to do something dodgy.

The book also mentions about how famous Cassandra is. It's definitely giving me doubts that she'd be a companion if she's that super important.

For fun, in case anyone remembers it, I expanded my "Dark and Stormy Night" story I wrote for Page 1500. I added a second chapter that focuses on what Cassandra was doing that night. This is for you, Danny! :D

Ok, I've a quick flip through it. I'm not gonna read it properly until you all have yours, then we can all quote page numbers at each other and speculate together.

I'm still rooting for possession. Cole acting as Lambert would be crazy. Image IPB

I dread to think what Cole would do with that sort of power... if he'd even know what to do with it, lol.

Wow. That'd be awesome. Cole possesses him and makes him work as a servant in some Chantry orphanage, serving orphaned mage children. Poetic justice? :D  I'm sorta glad they didn't spoil us on Lambert's fate, eventho I REALLY want to know what happened.

Maybe we'll find out in-game.

I'm really interested in this Inquisition thing. I'd type it out but it was a lengthy entry.

Basically it said that there is little known about the Inquisition and some speculate that they were a group that dealt with the mage problem back in the day etc, but in actual fact the Inquisition were the Seekers and that they brought on an "inquisition" of the situation (thus the nickname forming, I guess).

At the end of this diary entry (or whatever it was) it said that IF there was an Inquisition around the time of the original mage problem then it was likely formed by a small group of people completely separate from the whole Chantry/Seeker/Mage/Templar thing. However, the "writer" of said entry seemed skeptical that the Inquisition was anything more than a nickname for the Seekers.

Well they could write the inquisition like a really badass secret order....
I really want my secret badass order...you know like the Grey Wardens but well...secret.
And they would know secret history and secret knowledge ...
Crazy stuff about the blight , the chantry , magic , elves ....they could blackmail people mouhahaha!

I so wanna play a badass brother genitivi , more knowledge is power and less I'm going to melt your face with my fireballs.
Well I can dream about it anyway.

I guess it depends on how legit that survey leak description was, which claimed that they formed the Inquisition of the back of that magical blast/veil rip.
