hmm I have my copy of the world of thedas but not totally convinced that one part of the timeline is right. If I am right I would say The Calling book started in 9:10 which is the same time the wardens came back to Fereldan. But it says that Maric and a band of wardens thrawted the Architect in 9:14 which cant be right as from reading the book it cant have happened 4 years later as I cant really see Logain looking for Maric for 4 years. what does everyone else think?

I've only skimmed through the book currently because I'm waiting for the others in here to get theres, but I can ask one of the devs to pass on the question to DG or Ben Gelinas. I know DG is currently on holiday and is due back in May, so I could ask in a couple of weeks and see if we can get an answer.

Lol yeah! One thing though is that it came right before a transition so you were thinking about it as we went into quests

I'm keeping that phrase. In fact, I look fwd to the next opportunity I can use that phrase in a sentence.

As far as the Fade...I so much agree. I feel like The Fade is an opportunity for the devs to really go to town. Flex their creative muscles.

I'd really like to see what they could imagine.

Yeah, I agree. I was just telling someone that I'm starting to think that 9:14 might be a typo...? Perhaps it's supposed to be 9:10? But I don't have the book... are there any events listed between 9:10 Maric/GW entry and the 9:14 Architect entry?

Exactly. Lots o' questions there! Plus, it makes Cailan 9 in the Calling, which contradicts past DG statements, but confirms some printed versions of the book.

Anyway, like Lola said, perhaps we should wait for hardcore dissecting until we all get our copies of the book. It's just so hard!  I feel like I'm walking behind everyone who has a copy, picking up the tiny crumbs of info. "Please, ser, may I have 'nother?" LOL

What are the dates they have for the Asunder events??  That's what I'm most interested in. I know it has the breaking of the Accord in 9:40, but does it mention any of the main events in Asunder and when they happened?

Also... does it have any of the templar or seeker hierarchy?

yea but in calling book rowan died 2 years before and that was in 9:8 wardens came back in 9:10 Alistair born 9:10 so 9:14 cant be right
