Soooo I was just wondering....should we do the cheesy romance novel cover ideas on pg 1750 instead? At this pace it'll be a good long while until 2000

As one with zero skill in creating said cheesy covers... I'm dying to see what everyone comes up with. If only so I can ogle and make pithy comments. The sooner the better for me, but then again I don't really have a say in this one. lol

Lol, I don't mind. Maybe move it to 1800 instead? I don't think we'll be hitting 2000 until after they've given us some sort of info reveal.

Oh, I liked Thrask until I caught one line from him. During the whole kidnapping thing when Thrask was trying to calm everyone. He says to Hawke something like, "Look everything will be alright. Just support us and no harm will come to your brother." ..or whoever.

I was like--but wait, and what if I don't support you?

Nowt new there, but that's all the latest DA3 news I could find on Twitter.

What does this mean?!?! Does this mean elves and dwarves could be available for DA3 CC?! 

I've honestly been steadily losing interest in DA3. They are going to have to REALLY wow with me with something... the environment... companions... story. I'm bummed about CC. And I can't seem to get over it. I played Skyrim again this weekend after not playing for a couple months, and it was just such a joy to get to see the character I created. 

Even if we don't get races, at least give us options to create different kinds of people... not the same guy/girl with a different hairstyle or skin color...

It certainly sounds like a round-about answer when he says "what we've announced is human only for now", it almost sounds like DA3 could end up with playable races at some point like DLC (as you suggested) or something. 

I would hope it means DLC, but I really get the sense that EA would encourage an "old republic" direction for the future of dragon age ... once we uncover the many exotic new locales, that is.

I liked him as well, but, honestly, after the kidnapping he was a dead man regardless of Grace going crazy or not. Hawke could never let that slide, or else everyone she loved would be constantly looking over their shoulder.

I would've let him off, since he didn't realise that Grace 'n' co were kidnapping Hawke's sibling/partner/friend.

It's a shame that they'd only kidnap the LI if Hawke's sibling was dead, I always liked the irony of Anders getting kidnapped by the very people he was trying to liberate.

That's what happens? Huh...I didn't know that, I have yet to complete a playthrough in which both Bethany and Carver are dead...hm, interesting. For the sake of trying something different I'll probably do that eventually, but I just feel so bad for my Hawke, both her/his siblings are dead and then his/her mother dies...so tragic 

Yeah, both Keran and Thrask mention that they had no idea that Grace had kidnapped a friend/relative of Hawke's. Thrask tries to stop Grace and tells her she's gone too far, but Grace is already too far gone with the blood magic/abomination thing and kills Thrask to summon up a bunch of demons to kill Hawke 'n' co.

Huh... I remember it differently, Thrask being apologetic but aware. Still, you're probably right, I misplace my own head at times... I guess then he gets off with a warning. <_<

Actually, you might be right. I can't find a video on YouTube where Hawke demands he let the sibling/Li go, so I can't be sure. Meh, either way he's dead now.
