You know that line gives me flashbacks to my irritation when I had searched all over the damn house for the supposed line about Anders and his socks, trying to get that extra romance flavor, and then found out that the DLC inclusion of the dog (which I'd owned since install) had overridden it.

It's sad that the lack of romance depth in DAII would inspire one of us to search frantically for a line about missing socks, and sad that I can totally relate to it.

Well, it doesn't look like we are gonna hear anything about DA3 at E3 this time round. It makes me wonder when they'll next release any information to us. You'd think they'd come up with ways to keep the masses interested and hyped for it by regularly releasing concept art or dropping hints etc.

I know exactly! Like, brush said, I also felt so silly that I was looking for something so  slight. But, it was so neat that he moved in and then... that was it. He just stood there... telling me he needed to find a nicer place.

Good point. I was checking out that Is Bioware at E3? thread, and DG chimed in saying something like why would expect a secret announcement to be announced in advance. Dunno what that means.  Probably just what it says, but who knows.. maybe more secrets are on the way?

I'd like to think he's giving us a little hint that we will hear something, but I think he's just stating the obvious that people were silly to think that some random website had a list of all the announcements ahead of time, especially if any were a surprise.

Does anyone know is EA were only showcasing their games today or will they be doing more over the next few days of E3?

I'm more than certain that DA3 is in development. We don't really need any announcements to confirm that.

True, it would just be nice to get a few new hints or concept art to speculate over. This forum is starting to die on it's arse so any new info would rejuvinate the place a little.

Hm, so someone ask Mike Laidlaw on twitter the following:

"Msntmatt: I loved dawn of the seeker. It would be cool in future DA games to have a story with seekers. There bad ass!"

"Mike Laidlaw: Glad you enjoyed it. There will likely be some "Seeker" in the future."

Notice how he says "Seeker" rather than "Seekers" - Cass is definitely 100% gonna be in DA3, be it a companion (which is highly likely) or a major NPC.

is it normal for the fans to get this anxious? I don't remember the wait for DAII being this bad. Although I wasn't super active on the forums back then.

I'm not sure... I guess they've got a lot riding on DA3 this time round.
