Is it me or does it sound like Bioware really went out on a limb with their world ambience/atmosphere that so many complained about in DA2? It almost sounds like they want a lively world like Witcher 2. BTW Lola, you should try that game. You might like it.

Is it unrealistic to think they can build a lively world similar to Witcher but also do everything they're expected to do with that? Like story/characters...

Almost seems unrealistic considering the dev time they've had on DA3. I think Witcher 2 was developed for 3-4 years. You can only do so much in game development on deadlines. It's interesting and those tweets are so evil/teasing. I want to see it.

I've got The Witcher 2 already, I need to do the second side of the story at some point.

DA3 certainly sounds like it's going to be a lively game, it's weird, I can't even begin to imagine what it must look like.

There's not been much speculating going on with Cullen, I think we've covered everything until we know more about DA3.

E3 is live, I'm pretty sure. I remember watching it for ME3 stuff....I think 

I'd presume one of the big gaming websites would stream it live, but this is the first time I've followed a games development from start to finish, so I don't really know the protocol.

We could do the Skype thing again, like we did for the Spike VGAs....although I think the combined squee-ing of all of us at once when DA3 shows up will probably deafen everyone in a 3 mile radius

Hopefully if DA3 is still on target for Fall then the wait should be relatively easy, especially if they gradually release little bits and pieces for us to talk about until it ships. Hell, even if we end up waiting until 2014 if they chuck us the odd bit of info then it'll keep everyone interested and excited for it.

Maybe I imagined it, but I'm sure they said months ago that they planned to give us a lot of info after the reveal so that we can make an informed decision on whether DA3 will be something we want to buy or not.

Getting new info on a regular basis helps ease the pain of waiting, but it definitely still hurts to be able to see such amazing screenshots and videos, and knowing you have to wait x amount of days/weeks/months until you're able to get your hands on it. The night before DA2 came out I was climbing the damn walls with anticipation. I also somehow talked myself out of going to the midnight release, because none of my friends are gamers that would agree to go with. Can bet your ass I'm going to the DA3 one though, with company or without!

Ohh, I hope not  I have such awful self control when it comes to reading spoilers. I spoiled myself about the Anders/Justice merger, and a few other surprises though I can't remember specifics. Lol, if there are spoilers I know I'll end up searching them out even if I try to stop myself.

Mind you, the only real spoiler I want is whether or not Cullen is a companion/LI. Everything else I can wait to discover in-game... although, being finding out Cullen is a companion in-game by surprise would be amazing, but I know that if he isn't I'd be on edge the entire game looking for him and then sulk when he isn't. I guess it's better for me to know for sure before hand, so I can get over it and look forward to all the other aspects of the game.

Lola, loved your Cullen video (of course) and I'm really happy that you hit 100 subscribers already! Congratulations I also really liked your templar shirt, lol. I couldn't help but notice those lotus (waterlily?) bowls/candle holders you had. I think they're really cool. Hope that isn't too weird to mention

I gotta admit, I'm getting pretty excited about E3. It's not far off, they're officially going to reveal stuff about the game, and that comment about the ambient noises with the bird and the tree sounds pretty amazing. I often find myself stopping and smelling the flowers, so to speak, in games. One thing I've noticed white playing through Mass Effect one (not as far along in the story as Dr. Moto) is the sparseness of music and sound effects. I don't play a lot of shooters. Is that the norm? I really enjoyed the soundtrack in DA:O. I remember there being fewer standout themes in the second game, but I often find myself missing a score when I'm out exploring the galaxy.
