He's more well-kept than Kaidan and looks younger. I guess they must have changed his face up slightly in the game.

Yeah I think Cullen was a "mistake." In that no one meant for him to be as good-looking as he was (except obviously the person/people who created his face model).
Which always made me kind of roll my eyes and shake my head, because yep, that's about the effort I figured they put into DA2 NPCs... most of whom are hideous.

That wouldn't surprise me. Kinda like how Alistair had a slight resemblance to Steve Valentine with the nose and slightly pointy chin etc.

I always thought Raphael Sbarge and Kaidan had a likeness. I think I was the only one who ever expressed that in Kaidan's thread.

When I woke up this morning, I was browing the thread, trying to catch up .... I was like five pages back when my sister called, and I had to leave the house.
