I have a male mate who usually prefers playing as females, if he's given the choice. When I asked why, he said it's because he likes variety in his gaming collection.

As for me, I usually don't have a problem playing as males. If given the choice, I'd choose the female in a heartbeat. If I have to play as a guy, though, the only thing I ask is that he be an actual fleshed out character with development and personality. Not be the stereotypical, gruff, White military man that we've seen a thousand times before. Like Ezio from Assassin's Creed. I really liked him. And if AC3 had been about Haythem, I might have bought and enjoyed the game as much as the others. But no, instead we were stuck with the boring and humourless Connor who's lines seemed to consist only of: "CHARLES LEE! CHARLES LEE! WHERE IS MY CHARLES LEE!"

I really really hope the female option gets as much attention of the male. It really saddened me when I learned that Jennifer Hale got almost no advertising support from the marketting, despite the fact that she put in just as much - if not more - work into Shepard as Mark Meer did.

I think you have to log into your ea account from the game, and then it takes a while to upload the pictures to the ea servers.

I'm not sure actually! I stopped around the time Church became... noncorporeal lol and they learned that they were being duped... It's summer now so I can actually sit down and try to catch up. Seriously, I'm probably 2+ years behind.

But before you  g ive up, try to log in to your player profile in game (there's an option in main menu). Then give it some time and check online. Maybe you'll be lucky :]

From what I've read it seems that the big reveal aka ea press conference will be on the 10th. Why did I think it would be 11th? How is this tied with E3, since it starts on the 11th? I am worried that I will miss something (though I hope that most of you guys are well informed and provide some links for the newstards like me)...

Well, E3 is from the 11th until the 13th, and the press conference is on the 10th so it just depends which of those 4 days they wanna reveal something.

I'm not even sure what they usually reveal at the press conferences tbh.

I admit to lack of knowledge as well :/ I've just ventured to DA3 E3 thread and they seem certain that there will be trailer reveal during conference. Fingers crossed. I guess we will start to learn more and more after E3 so YAY OTHER THINGS ;]

Usually quite substantial stuff is revealed/shown/talked about during the EA press conferance so i kinda expect that we will see something DA related there
