I just saw this from The World of Thedas and wanted to point out two things:

1. Seeker Insignia on the shield

2. The dwarf with the crossbow that looks a lot like Bianca.



Maybe Varric could be in DA3?

Un-named Grey Warden, male protagonist, unknown Orlesian girl (who looks like she's from Rivain with the dark skin), Dorian, Cassandra, female protagonist, Cullen, Sera. Cole and the Iron Bull aren't shown in that picture, but I think the Iron Bull is shown in the World of Thedas (the qunari with the seeker symbol on his chest) and Cole is introduced in the book Asunder.

I dunno, why would Iron Bull be wearing the Seeker symbol? He's supposed to be some drunken sword for hire who doesn't care for religion or social norms (according to his description in that leak). I think the Qunari depicted in the lore book was just some random piece of concept art.

I still can't work out who/what that trident guy is supposed to be, if anyone. Either way, I got the impression that the pictures we were shown weren't all linked with the descriptions given, I mean, Cullen's picture was there but he wasn't given a description.

I think the second person looks kinda like Aveline... like, before she becomes part of the City Guard. I just presumed it was from DA2.

I saw one in the lore book of the Fade with what looks like the Inquisitor from the survey leak in it. I think R2 has a copy of the picture somewhere.

It's weird, the image of Dorian I have in my head is of this suave looking mage with long dark haired wearing fancy looking Tervinter robes, with a cocky/slightly cheeky confident air about him. Kinda like the Yin to Cullen's Yang in terms of male LI's since Cullen is blonde and not particularly outgoing or overly confident.

I guess maybe I read too much into the guys description, LOL!

There was another image to the one above that showed a scene with the red creatures, and it had what I thought to be the protagonist, a female elf, and another unknown character. The protagonist is pointing towards something. You can tell by the environment and the creatures that they're in the same area, though. I was thinking the elf was Sera. I wish I could find that picture again. Edit: Found it. Funnily enough, in this thread.



I'm going to note that when I first saw this image while looking around, it was larger and had a wider scene so you could see more of the "fire creatures"

LOL yes, you'll find this is well-trod territory. Incidentally, seeker iconography is sort of a dime a dozen in the WoT concept art, so I don't think we can draw many conclusions from it. I think we just had a discussion about that... What last week?

dunno if you've seen it, but in my sig is a link to a summary I wrote about the evidence for Cullen showing up in DA3. It includes a link to a pretty good summary of the leaked survey info. The survey's incorrect, but parts are surely close. So it's good fodder. The followers in particular I don't see being definitive for reasons I've already stated. Part of that is wishful thinking since Cole... urgh, do not want.

Apparently it's just Fade concept art from DA2. It seems that they always run with that green background with the fiery creatures with each one. Maybe in DA3 it'll actually look more like that.
