Oh oh, I remember (so easily distracted by the Templar pictures). It's a personality speculation question. How do you picture Cullen reacting to the PC flirting with multiple LIs at once? How would his 'you need to choose' confrontation go down?
Oooo tough one. Hm, I think initally before the relationship has been "consumated" he'd probably quietly seeth to himself, maybe make the odd biting comment towards the other LI or npc that's flirting etc. I think if the relationship had already been consumated or was at the point where you'd usually be ask to choose one or the other then he'd probably be forthright with the protagonist but gentlemanly, but I think he would still be clearly very hurt.

I like the last one, that's nice. What is the armor that he's wearing where Varric is in the background?
I'm not sure, I think it's a modded one.

I'm really hoping that when it comes to the romance arcs we'll see the LI's emotions and feelings play out in their body language and facial expressions too, as well as the usual ways we see them express themselves in the DA games. I also kinda hope that we don't get to bed them too soon in the game, because usually that means that there's little left to see from them for the remainder of it.
What do you guys think? Would you prefer to trigger the relationship/consummate things at your own pace like in DA:O where you could bed them pretty much the second you had a high enough rating, or would you prefer it to be more like DA2 where it happens somewhere in the middle of the game... OR would you prefer it to happen closer to the end of the game like Mass Effect where it's done before the final battle?

I'd like for it to be paced, for sure. I always had the tendancy to rush-gain Alistairs approval to get all the relationship convos. That being said, I do hope that they include more player initatied, specifically romance related talks and scenes then there were in DA2. Mass Effect 3 did a really good job w/ balancing romance content w/ the progression of the game. So yea, a nice blend of the two games would be perfect, which I think is what DG or someone said they are going to try to achieve this time around.

But this! "At first it started off silly because I dreamt that there was this DA3 parade going on as publicity for the game and there were these big inflatable statues of the characters on these floats, there was one of Cullen so I was like "WANT!" So I stole it from one of the floats when no one was looking."
Hmm, I wonder how my bf would react if I surrounded myself with real hight inflatable sexy DA guys...

Me neither <_< That sucks! Why did I think they would transmit it globally...Newschmoo wrote...
I believe that E3 is going to be shown on Spike TV, which is a shame for me as I don't live in the US. However I have found that Gamespot will be showing some live conference coverage online. Link is below -

Also for those on Steam, I have a code for Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider if anyone is interested (I got two lots of free codes when I got my new graphics card - the retailer said I could keep them both as a gesture of goodwill!)
I also have a code for Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon but you will need to have Uplay on your PC for this.
Edit - just thought I should add that I have had these codes for a few weeks now and just want them to go to a good home (don't want anything for them). Unfortunately none of my friends play pc/console games.

The other one...I have sum ideas, but not enuf to say anything.
And yay, a nice Cullen splash!
I'd like the romances to be paced like DAO. There was lots of convo first before the romantic stuff started blooming. I liked that. Even the companion banter abt it before anything was...consumated. The whole, "oh, you like her, don't you?" thing.
But really I hope there is content after consumation. Seriously, in DA2 once you banged them...they didn't have too much else to say. Perhaps consumation closer to the end of the game would be good.
In the meantime a good build up of the romance, and all the delicious sexual chocolate, uh, tension. Sexual/romantic tension is the awesomest.

Yeah, I'd prefer it to be more paced out... but not in the way that they did in DA2. It probably would've worked well if we had been able to directly interact with the companions, but since we could only speak with them when it was their personal quest or present related it felt too spread out, especially since the game itself took place over 7 years.
I'm hoping that it'll be a mix of DA:O and DA2 when it comes to interaction. Like, we'd get to speak with the companions when we want, like back "in camp" or between quests, or during quests when they have an opinion on the matter etc, but the romance arcs themselves would only progress to a certain extent and then stop until a certain set quest/event/moment happens in game and then it would progress a little further and so on. For example:
Meet romanceable companion for the first time and recruit them >>> talk to them enough to become acquaintances and then friends >>> can't flirt yet until a set event in-game happens >>> set event happens >>> arc continues, you begin to flirt and over time the companion starts to show interest >>> progress stops until another set event happens >>> set event happens >>> arc continues companion starts to openly flirt back/make it clear that he/she has feelings for the protagonist >>> no further progress until set event happens >>> set event happens >>> You continue to flirt enough/maybe do companions personal quest protagonist x companion kiss >>> You can now kiss in-game whenever you want and find out some more intimate/personal details about companion but after a certain point can continue no further until set event happens >>> set event happens >>> And so on.
During the time between the set events you can only talk about/interact with them at the level in which the romance has progressed, so if you're at the point where the protagonist is interested and is showing interest via body language and obvious little outbursts (like jealousy if an npc tries to flirt with the protagonist, or one of the other companions teasing him/her about the obvious crush etc) then you can't try to snog the LI's face off or anything until you reach that point in the romance arc after a set event has happened. If that makes sense?

A lingering gaze. The cheesy both of you reaching for the same thing and touching hands. The quiet moment shared...ah...
But I don't wanna over hope for that kinda thing. They got more important things to do, and places to allocate their resources.
It would be nice, tho.
