So this is interesting. DG addressing what is "canon" and what the default world state is. Some of this I hadn't heard before, how they decide what the default will be.

Okay randomly decided tonight that I will start three simultaneous playthroughs:

Aggressive warrior FemHawke, romancing Isabela, pro-Templar
Sarcastic rogue MaleHawke, romancing Fenris, don't give a shaaaat
Diplo mage FemHawke, romancing Merrill (first time for everything), pro-mage

And I will record in a Word file each decision Hawke makes so that I know which import to use on various DA3 playthroughs So I will write down if Merrill's clan are killed or what happens to Keran or Feynriel or Alain, etc.

Never know what tiny action could have a (however small) consequence.

I'M EXCITED!!! Get to play DA2 again

The things we do to have 'perfect' import saves I haven't even started to think about this feature.

Omg, DA:O and DA2 canon imports on the Xbox 360 are completionist playthroughs. The only quest I couldn't do (due to glitches) was the one where we rescue that girl from bandits, only to find that Feynriel has killed them with his mind for her.

I spent hours and hours doing those.

I'm anal when it comes to games, so my every playthrough is a completionist playthrough

I have a terrible habit of bombing through my first few playthroughs just to get all aspects of the story. For DA3 though I'm gonna try and pace myself, do everything properly and look at EVERYTHING. Maybe this time I won't accidentally miss recruiting one of the companions, lol.

LOL me, too! Glad I'm not the only one! It irks me that I still have never completed Feynriel's girlfriend quest due to the bugs. I think my first PT took, like, 80 hrs?

So chances are, the default for DA3 when it comes to comics/stories is that Anders is probably dead lol.

LOL me, too! Glad I'm not the only one! It irks me that I still have never completed Feynriel's girlfriend quest due to the bugs. I think my first PT took, like, 80 hrs?

On my first playthroughs I'm re-running areas, sometimes few times, in fear I've missed something. Compulsions ftw Sometimes I can't believe how little I can achieve in several hours of playtime.

I love this part "Panic is unnecessary. Unless you're worried that every choice you made previously won't be respected to the same degree-- in which case, by all means panic. As that will definitely happen."

LOL, it would be impossible for them to cover every little decision we made over the course of two games with two different protagonists. I don't understand why people get so uptight about it.
