While I am more than down with the trans LI that would give a male PC only one male LI (Cullen!!! So not that bad lol). Because that would mean Dorian in this case would be a MTF trans person. And DG has said that while he prefers to have straight, bi, and gay LI, resources dictate that they can't do that, so out of fairness they do two males and two females, all bi ("herosexual").

So I call bollocks

Yeah, it would be problematic if you played as a gay protagonist who wanted to romance Dorian as a FTM, but couldn't because you'd be stuck with the MTF version based on the fact that you didn't role a female protagonist and visa versa. It seems very counter-productive, lol. I'm calling bullsh!t on this one.

I think it would be cute if instead of us having the Dog/pet one of the other companions did instead. For example, let's say Cullen found a mabari on his travels and, being Fereldan, decided to keep it. That way we'd still have "Dog" in our party, but he'd be owned by Cullen, thus he could summon "Dog" as a specialisation in a fight AND/OR he would count as an extra companion.

I wouldn't mind a wolf as a pet... come to think of it, I wouldn't mind a pet wolf in real life either!

Cullen's fur stole is actually his pet ferret! 

And Ferret and Crow are the best of friends, therefore Crow gets to snuggle Ferret for long walks.

If you like ravens and crows, just play Bioshock Infinite. You can spend damn near the whole game having crows peck at your enemies!

Morrigan's and Alistair's my fave vids lol

Oghren's vid reminded me of my latest PT with my Amell Warden - I actually took the time to really get to know Oghren, and I like to think they became really good friends even though I made her the quiet type. Maybe she thought of him as the crazy uncle she never had. She sacrificed herself saving the Blight (and I speculated if it was also a suicide) and then I got the epilogue slide of Oghren holding his baby daughter in his arms and crying when he thought of the Warden. I bawled.  I've actually grown very fond of that drunken dwarf. He's also a ginger, and we have to stick together. XD

As far as the rumor, I mean really, they coulda put effort into it. The trans part was like okay, we have a trans companion. So far nothing struck me as fake.

But when they got to the you won't know until romance. I thought, ah fake, Cuz BW wouldn't pull that crap. And then all your companions hate you if you reject them? That's just not how BW rolls.

The companions are extremely mature abt it. (sometimes too mature). If you reject them you may get sum disapproval points from the rejected comapanion. But anything more would be to burden the rest of the game w/the romance arcs.  Bw is just not gonna do that.

I adored Oghren, he was drunk but great fun! I never could get him to reunite with his lady/baby in Awakenings though, I think my game was glitched.

I seem to have a thing about the drunken fighty companions, I was the same about the Black Whirlwind in Jade Empire, who's basically a big version of Oghren, LOL!

And it's the easiest Vigor to combo with, so you can make electric crows or flaming crows.
