Okay, I'm finally home from work and watched the trailer for the second time. I noticed that Morrigan seems to be wearing an Orlesian dress at the end of the trailer.

It certainly is fancy. It's either Orlesian or Trivinter, seeing the styles are very similar, but... yeah, I think I'm going to go with Orlesian too, seeing it's not all blacks and daaaark colours. I still feel Orlais is going to be important in some way too.

I'm really wondering about the other companions, and when Bioware will be revealing them. When DA2 was coming out, how long was it before the release that all the companions were revealed? And will we be looking at that same time frame?

I seem to recall them revealing a character a month and Varric was actually the first reveal. I could be wrong.

I think Morrigan and Varric look fabulous and I really can't wait to see what Cullen looks like.

 I hope they reveal it sooner, but... we now have another Valentines Day before DA:I if they want to reveal LIs then.

A part of me likes to be surprised, however...I DID like that BioWare did this. It was a lovely Valentine's Day gift. XD

Your reaction was cute. When I was watching it I was like, "WOOHOO!!" ..."WOO!" "*gasp* VARRIC!" "Whoah..." "WOW!" lol my husband was laughing from the other room at me and came to see what all the commotion was about. He said I was acting like a giddy schoolgirl.

While the wait is going to be difficult, the release date actually makes me quite excited. It's another year they'll be working on the game and doing whatever additions/tweaks they feel they need to. 

And now they'll be able to share some information with us instead of being completely hush hush except for hints.

The dragon on the helm looks a lot like the dragon that flew down and landed... And I'm thinking that dragon is Flemeth...

Which makes me wonder about the cult that was in DAO, that was worshipping the dragon, saying it was Andraste. What if they're right? But they had the wrong dragon?

What if Flemeth is the dragon, and she is Andraste? The cultists were foreshadowing it?

Edit: I know the theory that Flemeth is Andraste is nothing new, but it just dawned on me that particular connection.

That is interesting! 

I've always found it hard to... latch to one theory with Flemeth and say 'that's what I believe.' She is definitely mysterious, and definitely knows more than she ever tells us ('is it fate or chance? I can never decide') , but whether or not she's Andraste or the Flemeth from the Chastined legends or somehow BOTH or something else entirely...

All I can say is I'm willing to wait and see on this one. I adore Flemeth, and I adore speculation and throwing around theories, but I'll be damned if I can pin down what I believe that woman is. Other than a dragon, a witch of the wilds, Asha Bellanar, and 'an old hag that talks too much'.

This was pretty much how my reaction was... awww Varic...oooh Morrigan....YAY flowing hair!
Then I sort of dropped my mouth at fall 2014. I have been doing a whole load of Dragon age revival playing, building up some new saves for import...I guess I can slow down a bit now lol.
I just hope this longer wait means less bugs and glitches fc.

Circle of Magi. The mysterious one is the glowing red one. So I imagine that's the one that might have something to do with the protagonist/dragons/something mysterious~

In another thread they said one was Tevinter---the red glowing one. The cirle was Circle of magi; then templar and seekers.

Someone speculated that these might be our background/origin choices...?
