Ya know, I just realized, with the extra purpley make-up and the slightly longer hair in the front, and the baring of the shoulders. Morrigan kinda looks like Lulu from Final Fantasy X.

So I watched the trailer again for the billionth time (first time on my laptop) and this time it actually gave me chills, so that's good!! I'm getting hyped I guess 8D

I did notice that Cassandra's face when she looks up at the torn veil is not that great. She looks like she's had fat planted surgically into her lips... to be honest, her face kind of reminds me of Miranda from ME; Miranda supposedly never smiled (according to dialogue); call me crazy, but her overly plump lips seemed permanently etched into a forever-smile.

And I disliked Morrigan's look LESS! And liked Varric the same (still looks great). And still hated the Qunari guy.

And yes Varric has a huge hand LOL

^^His hands look proportional to me, so kid theory seems sound. Then he could be overwhelmed by the sheer loss of innocent lives.

To be fair, hair moved in DA2, too; I would say the hair here still looks pretty plastic-y (esp. Varric and Cass); I have a feeling it will look better a year from now though.

Varric isn't a saint, but he's definitely a sweet guy with a heart of gold.

I doubt he likes seeing so many people dying, especially young children.

This is what I have come to think of him as well. If he would stop and grieve about blood and killing it would be because of innocent children. 

Another thing. WHAT'S UP WITH THE FREAKY HELMETS THE SEEKERS HAVE? They have no eye slots and look creepy as hell.

They are hella freaky. Not sure why they want the Seeker army to seem so ... inhuman, plotting in their underground lair.

Her change of fashion surprised me as well. I'm thinking she's plotting some major intrigue in Orlais I don't lose hope we will have our masquerade!

...Seeing that Cassandra has some facial scars and Morrigan has a couple of small moles, I am really, really hoping we get freckles, moles, and facial scars in the CC this time around.

Over all I'm not to worried about the companion's physical appearances since there's still well over a year to go so they'll probably be tweaked and changed to look better. It's good to keep in mind that this is still super early versions of them.

I loved all the scars and stuff though, I bet Cullen will have a fair few himself.
