I would love it if Cullen had a sense of humor in there. Nothing over the top, but it would be nice to discover just a bit of roguish fun in him.
I kind of like that he's so serious though. I feel like it's a major part of his character, and it's part of what endears him to me as a character. He takes life very seriously; he doesn't joke his way out of a hard time like Alistair or Anders. If he does have a sense of humor, I think it will be on the snarkier side, sort of like Fenris' or Morrigan's; they enjoyed picking on other people, and I think Cullen has a tendency to make fun of people, too (such as the "weaving circle" comment he makes regarding the recruits). But he isn't the type to crack a joke to break the tension or anything.
Honestly, his stoicism is a huge part of his appeal to me

Nooo, I think they get a "Cam Lee Plushie". Trademark pending.

Um, yeah, the twitter thread...idk. It's gotten rather quiet, and really the whole forum has gotten rather quiet. And I just wanted to BS speculate around w/the Cullenites.
I'd take 10 of those!

I think Cullen would have a dead-pan sense of humour. I'd hope he wouldn't be the type of person who takes the ****** out of people/jokes at other people's expense, I don't like that.
No, he definitely isn't mean-spirited like Fenris or Morrigan! But I do think he has a high opinion of himself, or at least what he stands for... so he might be quick to judge and hence belittle others. And by "belittle" I mean in a gentle way, again, like the weaving circle example lol

Only if they say things like "Blimey" and "Shrimp on the barbie" when you squeeze them

The first time I heard him refer to Marethari as the Dalish Queen, I was just:

I'm pretty sure it's lead.
I guess it doesn't make much a difference but it's the small things.

You know, one of the things that I look forward to about DAI is being able to see more of Cullen's personality come out. I assume that if he's a companion (and an LI) we'll be getting pretty close to him. I'm sure there's much more to him than just templar duty. He may even have a sense of humor tucked away somewhere, hidden beneath his templar skirt. I hope we get to see who he is as a person.
lmao! I'm sorry, but your wording... Oh my dirty dirty brain! I think in pictures and suddenly I have Cullen in my mind, tugging up the yards of fabric, saying "I have a joke for you. It's around here somewhere... It's a long one though."

est watch would be interesting! I've also been wondering if we'll go there, given its mention in WoT. If the owl fortress is some Seeker bunker, I keep thinking Orlais, but who knows.

At the end of the DAI trailer, does Morrigan say "Leave" this world to its bitter end" or "lead"?

Leave.
And yeah, is it just me, or did you get a little LOTR feeling from that trailer. I think it has to do how Morrigan was talking

this is a warden amulet...I'm starting to think that the glowing red ring on the promo image has something to do with the Wardens. I know they need Lyrium and Mages to complete the 'Ritual'. But we never really found out how it's done. It might have something to do with Red Lyrium
