I guess we're lucky that we're getting him for a 3rd time at all, not many people can say that about their desired character.

That would be sweet! I doubt they'd do that too, though. Unless they abduct forceably recruit one or a cople of the artists for it. 

Not gonna lie, I really hope Patrick Weekes is working on one of the characters. Loved his work with the ME series, and loved his book The Palace Job.

You know what would be more fraked up? If he was our very first companion. We all know what tends to happen to the first companions in Bioware games. Poor Jenkins, Daveth, Ser Jory, Bethany/Carver...

Mind you, it was kinda different in DA2. Only one of the siblings and Wesley die at the beginning.

yea maybe this time no one will die at the begging.... but thats just wishful thinking lol also worent there only 2 as well in dao? like Daveth, Ser Jory that is if u didnt play as a human noble tho

Both Daveth and Ser Joy die regardless of what race/origin you played. But yeah, there's was two then as well... I guess you can kinda count Duncan too, although he wasn't ever a companion.

Speaking of which, didn't Duncan get laid in one of the comics with some magic in the circle of magi? Wouldn't it be cute if he had a son/daughter from that little liaison, lol.

no by human noble i ment byt ur mother and father dying  so that would kinda be 4 but fo example with a mage only Daveth, Ser Jory dies at 1st and yes Duncan but as u said his not a companion

Oh! Yeah, I forgot about that! And then there's Tamlen if you play as a Dalish Elf. Your potential husband gets killed if you play as the female City Elf too. No one dies in the Mage origin, or the two Dwarven origins.

I don't mind them killing off temporary companions, so long as it isn't Cullen or any of our past companions from previous games.

I'm ok if it's optional, like it's optional to kill Anders, or Alistair etc. But I don't think it would be fair if it was mandatory, unless he was dying of something anyway (like Thane) or whatever, heaven forbid!

lol crazy thought if Cullen were to be a real person anf if he had to chose one of us here from the cullen thread i wonder if ppl would still be nice to eachother or if we will all turn out caty lol i know its a stupid thought but im going insane here lol cant stop thinking about DAI and Cullen BW is ruining my life jk:P

Lol, well I'm taken so that's me out of the running already! Plus, I have a rule that if one of my friends likes the same guy as me then I always back off. Regardless, I doubt he'd go for me anyway, so it wouldn't be a problem.
