Hehehe, I love those book covers!
Now that we have SO much time on our hands, maybe we should do the Cullen t-shirt design 'contest'? Still too little Cullen apparel in the Universe. (Lola's sexy templar t-shirt, notwithstanding! LOL)
LOL, we could do some really tacky looking ones for a laugh.

Though it'd be ironic since it was mentioned the other day in here that it's bound to happen the longer we go without more information.

HA! I actually have that exact Kinley MacGregor novel.. I think alot of the Johanna Lindsey novels could use some Cullen sprucing, too.

Interesting post from DG:
"Firky wrote...

DG: "The corruption of Faith is Pride. Whether Wynne's spirit was ever corrupted is up to speculation, I suppose."
Spirit of Faith + corruption = Pride demon?
Nice
Lol, I don't think it becomes a demon. It just becomes corrupted in some way. Like how Justice became Vengeance, he wasn't a demon, he was just changed.
Was catching up and thought this would make a chance for some discussion!
I think, technically, the corruption of a Spirit of Faith is a Pride Demon... or a Spirit of Pride. If I remember the conversations that Merrill and Anders have, 'demon' is a word used by the Chantry for the most part, and because of this has become wide spread and the common term for 'bad/corrupted' spirits. The Dalish Elves, however, simply call them all spirits and know that they can all be dangerous.
*scratches chin*
I can't remember exactly how the exchange went, but I found it interesting, because in a sense it showed/hinted that the Chantry is unintentionally causing people not to be wary around 'good' spirits if they happened to encounter them, which could explain why Anders was okay, at least at first, with Justice possessing him. He didn't understand how dangerous a 'good' spirit could be, while Merrill understood the dangers from the start but was willing to take the risk for her peoples' history.
...On a sorta related note... I wonder if we'll come across a Spirit of Valour again-- or it's corrupted form.

Yeah the discussion on Spirits and Demons is one that I'm really interested in right now. Cole in particular.
I think the dalish have it right, but that the Chantry's separation isn't entirely wrong either. Spirits tend to be benevolent and want to help mortals out. We haven't really seen evidence to the contrary, but I think the line between spirits and demons is a thin one. They themselves recognize themselves as Spirits or Demons, but can't tell when they've been corrupted so they're obviously not all knowing.
I think Merrill thought thet were exacttly thw same which seems like a mistake.
Side note: New update to the website is welcome I think

I love these discussions.
I think spirits can be just as dangerous.
Look at Valor: I love him to bits, however if you do not meet his definition of valor he will kill you. No guilt, no remorse: he. will. kill. you.
Then there is Justice. He convinces Anders through their talks that something can be done about the mage oppression. The spirit's very being drives him to act on such things - it's in his nature, so he must do something or he would not be Justice. Then he and Anders meld together as one person. Justice takes over Anders' body unmercifully thanks to the mage's rage.
Which comes to Wynne: she was always a very caring, motherly woman...yet she took an insane amount of pride in her advice and self-righteousness. And even though she is willing to admit her mistakes (romance between PC/NPC as an example), I doubt the spirit inside her was left untouched. Perhaps Wynne was so calm she was able to control the spirit inside her for far longer than Anders ever could.
The latter two show that while spirits are dangerous, becoming corrupted while aiding a mortal is terribly easy and most likely inevitable. The fault is not entirely their own, but also the mortal's because it is their cause and/or emotions twisting the spirit into a far more heightened state of their being. Perhaps "heightened state" is the wrong phrase; yet no one can deny that Justice became Vengeance, and Wynne's spirit of Faith very well may have become Pride. Valor, let's hope, won't be twisted in a spirit of Power. I can only imagine what a human or elf could do with that spirit inside them.

Guys, did you know that female bodies are naturally more desirable than male bodies?

That's because we've got curves, aesthetically it's more pleasing to the eye. Same reason why square/box shaped cars with sharp angles are less appealing than the smoother curvy ones.
