I'm sorry for being so down on the trailer  It's more a lack of having anything substantial to talk about, really! lol

Also.... it's STILL hurts that they canceled DA2 DLC. I was SUCH a supporter of BW, and told people to STOP criticizing, that even though it had been six months and no word of the next DLC, that BW wouldn't burn us like that! There were still clearly two spots for more DLC!

Then they just dropped that forum announcement out of nowhere: We're halting DLC and moving on to DA3.

I felt so devastated, and so, so burned!

So I feel nervous about being excited about something that they are once again being tight-lipped about. 

And yet -- I am STILL their biggest fan. I still support anything BW makes 100% because I know it will be a narrative that no other gaming company is capable of approaching.

No worries MMG I honestly wasn't thrilled about how Morrigan or Cassandra wheb I firsr saw it...tbh I don't entirely like Morrigan's look if only because her mouth seems off.

I like the trailer because it somewhat met my expectations and because the dwarves actually look awesome. It's not quite as far as I thought they would go, but I'm a bit satisfied with where they've gone with it. 

I'm still not a total fan of Cassandra's face as it was in the trailer, but everything else seems fine so I suspect she'll be fine in the end. Only thing I'm nervous about is if female models will ALL look weird similar to all non major epves in DA2,  but it's not a huge worry.

no offense or anything but one thing i learned for games in general not just BW game , is that never get ur hope up too high and expect something glorious because u never know how it will actually turn out and it might not all be what u've imagined

Oh don't worry about that I don't expect anything expect what they've promised and even then I am expecting the worst and hoping for the best...if only out of habit.

Oh I'm definetily excited we're finally gonna start getting some cool new information. I can't wait to hear more about the new armor customization, the new companions, our castle and of course Orlais.

I hppe someone shares something from SDCC and PAX Australia.

 I keep thinking we'll be from Ferelden again or we'll be able to choose between Ferelden and the Free Marches. We need to be able to ask questions about Orlais and it makes more sense if we're foreigners or at the very least haven't been in Orlais for a long time.

Probably wouldn't be French Canadian because it would sound like the European French, which is what Orlais is based on, like Ferelden/Kirkwall and surrounding areas are the Thedas equivalent of England/UK.

Huh, that's a really good point, Danny, about needing a mechanism for learning about the new environment. Particularly without playable origins. On the other hand, they may just saddle us with lots of exposition-laden questions.
