Yeah, I guess the way Sebastian was written, it felt like more like they weren't quite finished writing him when the game had to ship. So they slapped together as much as they had done, and were like, "Here. He's not quite done, but you might as well enjoy what we had time to do. Well, so long as you bought DA:Origins new, you receieved the Shale DLC for no extra price. And the Seb DLC was included w/ the normal price if you preordered in a reasonable amount of time. I don't love release day DLCs for the sake that if it's already available to be put in the game at the time of release, then it should be included as I'm already paying for the game. Dragon Age has a really good history of having workarounds for not having to pay extra for Day 1 DLCs though, so I'm not too concerned.
