Well he kind of already spilled the beans. I'm in the game as Cullen is pretty much all their is to say.

I dunno, they don't need to learn lines for VO work in BioWare games, they have the script up on screen and don't get to see it until they're in the booth. Or at least, that's what Adam Howden (Anders' VO) claims.

Maybe they're taking a different tack this time. Remember fans complaining that names and words from the lore were pronounced differently from one NPC to another? Maybe they're having their VO's do some practice ahead of time. Especially if they're "learning... words."

I'm betting he's just learning lines for something else altogether. It was the fan who brought up DA. I doubt he'd tease learning lines for DA given what happened last time... And how chastened he's appeared over his bollocking.

Cassandra seems a little boring for a first companion reveal just because we know her already. So I would hope it's someone new. Iron Bull seems a likely candidate.

this is true. For all we know he's just a cameo. I doubt anyone would talk about #3 officially though for some time after the game comes out, since those are plot spoilers. Sadly, if he's not a full companion, I bet we won't find out anything until someone meets him in game... Or finishes it without seeing Cullen...

Aww, I don't think it's about getting her out of the way!  But more like if Cassandra were the first to be "revealed" as a companion, it wouldn't be enough to sate the insane desire we all have now for new info. Because she's sort of a "given." Perhaps after Iron Bull or someone like Sera (OR CULLEN), then having Cassandra come next would just feed off the previous enthusiasm and so on. So I think Cassandra as second character revealed would be perfect.

My guess is we won't be told about the companions until closer to the games release.

I do wonder what they'll reveal next though, hopefully something a little more meaty, or at the least protagonist's name, lol.

lol no offense but imo i think u had better choices then the guys did , personally i would have choose Blood Rayne as well among what u said, but i liked the video tho was pretty funny

Like MMG, I also don't just want them to just get her out of the way. I would want to hear something new about her and what she's been doing in recent years. But she's almost a given, so someone brand new... But teased, like the trailer Qunar, would perhaps generate more buzz. If we didn't already know Cassandra, she would be the obvious first pick for her "I'm the hot chick who's probably a LI" status.

It was more of a, we'll have to do it sometime so why not early, kind of thing. But I wouldn't mind your way.
